B-Spec Driver skill / ability?

First, I’ve tried searching on this specific question, but I couldn’t find anything. I’m sorry if this is a duplicate thread.

I'm not to the enuros yet, my game is only at 10% completion.

Last night I tried B-Spec for the first time, and when I went into the "status" screen, I noticed there were some different stats. Including B-Spec points, Mechanical Ability? Track Ability? and something else. I'm not 100% sure these are exactly what the stats are, but it was something like this.

I see some people saying that their B-Spec driver sucks and some who say their's is great. What range do these stats have to be in, in order to be competitive on the enuros and other races? How can these stats be increased?

Also, the race I B-Speced was one that I had already won in A-Spec, do you get one trophy whether you do it in A or B? Or are there different trophies for each?

Supposedly the higher the b-spec points the better the b-spec driver. However, I have won all 3 24 hour races with a b-spec that had fewer than 2500 points, the first at the Ring with 0 points, his first race. I think it makes more difference what car you give your b-spec driver. If you give him a car that can win with a speed setting of 2 or 3 it really makes no difference how many points he has. If the car can't win without a 4 or 5 setting, then b-spec points become important.

As far as winning more than one trophy/prize yes you can, just clear the first race results and rerun the race. (if you reenter it will ask if you want to clear it). You get the same prizes whether you a-spec, b-spec or a combination of both.
 
The only races that require high B-spec skills are races where you cannot upgrade the car to outclass the competition (doing this will not help the battle skill). About 7000 points (if battle skill isn't too low) is enough to win the F1 series at the end of the game. A little more than 8000 points will allow the B-spec driver to win the Opel races.
