hiya guys. trying to find out sum info as im trying to back up my GT6 data. is it possible to back up just the Gt6 data or does it have to be everything on the PS3?
As far as I know it's all or nothing where the game-data is concerned, you cannot backup anything in separate processes, only the complete contents of the hard-drive.

"Game data" is the installation. You can't back that up.
"Save data" is your progress. You can back that up to any medium your PS3 will recognise - USB drive commonly, or a card if your PS3 is an early one with a card reader.

You agreed to do this when you created your account - and signed an agreement that said you'd read it and accepted the conditions. It's hardly anyone else's fault if you were lying or are untrustworthy.
