Ban the concepts!

Doing the Vitz race is hardly getting it for free. I'd rather spend the 1.3 mil than do that series again.
 
Concept cars are a large part of the automotive scene and it is only fitting that they should be included in GT4. If you don't like them for some reason theres no need for you to use them at all.
 
I'm glad they continued from GTC since I couldn't get GTC. :irked:
 
Same here, it sucked royally not being able to play GTC and now Prolouge.
 
a lot of concepts are ugly(IMO) like that Eclipse and HSC
 
A car shouldn't be judged on its looks but more on its performance and influence on the automotive world.
 
Ok, guys Concept Cars are mostly crap I know, and they sound more like a vacuum cleaner than a hair dryer. lol :sly: But theres plenty of Concept Cars that look great and are badass. Like that TVR Speed 12. That car is badass. I just don't agree to ban all the Concept cars. NOT ALL CONCEPT CARS 👍

When I was going to drive the Prius license-event or whatever it's called in Prologue I thought my DS2 was broken. There was no engine sounds!

Actually i had a lot of fun redoing that series (except the test course :boggled: ) and that was the point i was making agreeing with capnlarge that sometimes racing ****ty cars can be fun.
 
concepts cars are cool

some ar better tahn other cars

and nicer :)

:dopey: I feel you fellow GT brother, I rolled on that Prius and didn't hear any sound, apparently as you slightly turn up the volume you hear a sound like a vacumm cleaner, and there yuo go thats the Prius for you guys. :sly:

You could find more entertaining challenges though...like doing the F1 GT in the 787B on T4s or something.
 
I'm fine with the idea of concept cars; some great cars like the Dodge "Copperhead" Concept Cars (street and LM edition), the RX-8, that orange Z Concept from GT3 were great cars. The last two just happened to make it into production, but combine that with the flights of fancy called "Dream Cars" (the FTO LM, S2000 LM, Altezza LM, RX-7 LM, etc.) and you have a spectrum of the automobile world that most people would never be able to drive.

Hey, let's not forget it's PD's dream, and we're all driving in it. Even if it means someone had a nightmare before created the Professional Vitz series.
 
why ban Concepts? the more the merrier, i'd like to see them go further than just concepts, i'd like to see them start adding models that where only available from the Manufaturers thinktank programs, the pre-concepts if you will, the stuff that was made to see if it was possible or feasable (i know many of them wouldn't be physically possible as the cars woulda been dismantled and few photoghraphs remain, but it still be cool to see)
