Ariel Atoms will always be utter bargains.

And then it starts raining and suddenly you remember what you left out in order to get that bargain.. Pretty much everything called bodypanels.

Don't forget all the bugs, rocks, and other small items you will eat due to the Atom not having a windshield :p
As awesome as the Atom is, it is no more practical than driving a gokart down the street lol

No cup holders. No radio. No arm rests. No air conditioning. It is missing a lot of little things.

Edit: sorry for the double post. Didn't mean it

As fast as it to 60 maybe

No. But it CAN go off road, and it DOESN'T cost alot to keep it maintained, and it is in no way slow. But., it has half the power. There's no getting around that.

Do you consider cornering at all in your equation?

Wrong. The Evo needs a lot of maintenance.

Is it though? Really?

Top Gear tested it, the Evo was like 40 km/h faster through corners, and only 35 km/h slower on the straights. A 500 hp Evo on good tires is effectively a lightweight GT-R with off-road capabilities.

What would be the point of air conditioning in an open cockpit car like the Atom?

Huh!!? Where do you get your facts?? I own and daily drive a WRX wich is pretty much the same thing and have a lot of friends who own, daily drive and track their Evos and trust me, for every day use maintenance is the same as a regular every day Corolla!
Now if you're banging on your car at the drag strip every week putting 10 passes on it a week and drive like a reatrd that's a whole'nother deal!

With you on that one, glad to see I'm not the only one who thinks his statement is ridiculous.

Lol! Yeah, this is pretty out there too:

40km/h is a lot! I think he just missread something somewhere... The Evo is a great car, but that's just ridiculous!

With a 150k budget read op

Emphasis on of the year. You can't get a 2012/2013 Gallardo for $150,000.

And for all reading, the 2013 Viper is not a Dodge, it is being sold as an SRT (independent from Dodge).

Oh ok, didnt know it had to be from this year

How do you know this? I'm going to assume that you get your info from Top Gear, who said that the 400 HP Evo needed a lot of maintenance, not a normal one.

Lol!! Even if it is a 500hp GT35r Evo maintenance is still the same if driven properly!
