You'd be a bit stuck there Sharky!

And cheers for clearing it up "Jamez".

RUMOR: Kawasie and Spyker on rocky terms, deal yet to be inked

Insider news from new team Spyker F1 reports that although Season 3 champion Yuuji Kawasie has been undergoing extensive negotiations with the re-branded Midland F1 team, a contract has yet to be signed, as both sides have yet to reach an agreement.

The reason for the dispute is not readily apparent, as neither side has released much press since the announcement that Kawasie had 'completed' the sign-up process 2 days ago.

Speculation includes the poor previous performance of Kawasie in a Midland in relation to other candidates for the seat (and in general), new management of Spyker F1, time constraints for Kawasie (who is still trying to get his personal race series off the ground), that strange orange paintjob, and the fact that 'everybody spells your name wrong and keeps confusing you with that Ide guy.'

More as the story unfolds.

I will not be attending the GTP vs Evotechnik Le Mans.

Sharky: If you want a drive I can pull out Monique, she's hopeless at taking interest as it is, the only time i can get her to do any runs is when i'm on.

So if you want the other RBR seat it's all yours.

EDIT:

WAIT A F$%#@%G MINUTE!!!

How did Williams get given numbers 20 and 21... Herman came 3rd last season giving hime the number 5 for the following season.

If you're going to give cars/drivers numbers at least do it properly Bee.

The correct numbering according to championship positions at the end of Season 9 should be as follows:

Code:
McLaren:
1. Brad Horton (C)
2. Simon Trendell (C)

Spyker:
3. David Smith (C)
4. Yuuji Kawasie (C)

Williams:
5: Herman Chang (C)
6: Jamez Shepherd (C)

Honda:
7. Ashley Butler (C)
8. Guillaume Dubois (C)

Renault:
9. Suzzie Taylor (C)
10. Danny Graham (C)

Super Aguri:
11. Lee Davidson (C)
12. Abdeslam Charkaoui (C)

Ferrari:
14. Ben Dunstan (C)
15. Duncan Hutchinson (C)

BMW Sauber:
16. Jef Beyens (C)
17. Laura Rees (C)

Red Bull:
18. Tag Schwarz (C)
19. Monique Hallinan (C)

Toro Rosso:
20. Blake Haswell (C)
21. Luke Mason (C)

Toyota:
22: Nick Nikolakopoulos (C)
23: Mohammed Almomen (C)

Erm that's not how it works.. It's correct for the championship winner taking number one for the team (I.E. Alonso at McLaren, Hill at Arrows) but then aftwards it's based on Constructors positions, Williams finished 10th last season so they recieve numbers 20 and 21, regardless of where the drivers finished.

If anyone has a spare account I can use, I could join the war effort.

I just spoke to my brother, he's not too interested in going for another season. It looks like both RBR seats are now free'd up for Sharky and Bram now... if they want them?

I'll take anything which is available 👍
