I don't like the way she's looking at me with utter disdain.

What makes you so special, eh?

Ah man, I was waiting for an LMES game to pop up for me to use my Flying Lizard livery. I wake up today, and both Porsches are taken :lol:

Guess who also has a DTM car? :D

I has joined the madness

First Car I've done in a while (technically 2nd as I mistakenly painted a 05 car mistakening it for a 07 car:ouch:), but I think it looks great. It was inspired by a paint scheme I did for Nascar 09 which was inspired by the Pescarolo Livery from this year's Le Mans race.

Well if everyone's bragging about their DTM schemes, I may as well join in on the fun;

Inspired by Kyle Busch's paint scheme he occasionally runs in the NASCAR Nationwide Series.

Yeah, it's a pretty awesome livery. Much better than his M&Ms Sprint ride - that one, at speed, looks like a vomit: The Vomit Comet.

I'm so convinced there is something going on with batracer :lol;

My LMES game I have crashed in every single qualifying session without fail and retired from p2 on the last lap of the previous race which would have been the best finish, and my sliders are nowhere...

EDIT: just checked today's quali, I actually managed 2 runs then got a mechanical failure!!! :D :irked:

This is the quali table so far:

Gibbons 12 12 6 12 12 12 - - - - - - - - - -

Is there somewhere I can find a collection of DTM liveries? I like to have a customised paint scheme, but I only have one: an Audi based on the Ford Focus WRCs. I was hoping Yuri's website might come back online soon, but it hasn't.

Damn, I suck at LMES. The whole race was greasy, and I calculated tyre usage for hards. I started on softs, but I used them to test, AND to qualify. So with only 5 laps to go at Mid-Ohio my tyre gave up on me and I was taken out of the race. Worst of all, I was leading the bloody race :grumpy:

Meanwhile I'm having a fantastic run with Steven Buelens in a '86 game. Won the first one, he won the next two. But the last one was close, VERY close. From the start we battled for the win, I led for 47 laps or something but in the end he beat me by only 0.1 of a second! Best run I've had in a while. LMES just sucks :irked:

You forgot to mention I was catching you at over 1s per lap, and would've easypassed you three before the flag anyway ;)

Checked my lmes qualifying when I woke up. Guess what?

12th and no laps completed again :mad:

Now tell me there isn't something SERIOUSLY wrong with that game....

If you're not setting a time, you need a banker. Set your first lap to 0 pace, and 90% of the time you'll get that run in.

I usually have the first Qualifying run set to 80 on my part. If the weather for Qualifying is bone dry, what tires do you use for your runs? It's usually softs for all my runs.

I always run softs in a dry LMES qualy. Always.

Softs bone dry to moist
Inters drizzle to wet and slippery
Wets beyond that

I am very suprised at my performance on Batracer now. I'm in contention for a good finish every race. Now I just need some beeter strategy and I may actually get a second win now.

^ Dat. The Shark speaks the truth.

LMES strategy got a lot more difficult with the lowered minimum-stops requirement (it used to be, "always pit the minimum"), but it's still very easy. Total domination ensues.

I actually has an LMES title at last... tho its on my account I never use. lol

Just ask. :)

Let me apologize, I should have posted this almost a week ago... but...

Just a heads up to everyone not in Season 26: Season 27 will be starting soon, so if you aren't in, look around this thread this time tomorrow, and sign up for our next season!

Michael to CF into the top 10, Sharky to lap one collision. Lap 1 safety car buys Michael time for his long fuel load, comes out in the top 4 after his first stint, moves into P2 by the end of his second stint, takes the title by one point.
