Sorry to say but Ash now has no control on when the races take place, it's all automatic. One tip I can give you is once you have done all your testing do your quali and race strategies there and then so you can be sure you have a good strategy for the next session that takes place whilst your at school.

You could always make your own and then spend three weeeks trying to get people to join. That seems to be how it works anyway.

EDIT: Or you meant the individual races, which are automatically run by the server and not Ash, as Bee just said.
 
Uhh that really sucked...
In my 2002 public game the laps went like this...

Start in 8th place.
Lap 1 down 6 places, bad start.
Lap 2 up 5 places.
Lap 3 up 2 places.
Lap 5 up 2 places. now in 5th.
Lap 6 thru 14, gaining time on 4th. (3/10ths every lap.)
Lap 15 Bond (P5) is concerned with the front wing. Moments later Bond is out of the race!

I have to say that I have very little sympathy. I got knocked out of the race on the first lap.

WTF is up with that, Ashley?
 
ARGH!! I was on for a good finish then a saw red and thought I'd give it a little tap.

This is ridiculous. My genious strats are always ruined.

....I may have done this on the first lap....


Interesting race for me. Got up to 2nd, might have challenged for the lead, broke something (again), stayed 2nd, then I broke something else...
 
2 retirements in a row... and I was looking good at Bahrain. :(

Maybe I need to turn down the aggression.
 
So, in the Champcar series I was at the top of every session in Pheonix, and I lapped the field at some point, not sure if I won by over a lap, though.
 
Yeah, you pretty much owned us all, you led 195 laps of the 200 lap race. :scared:
 
Blake, there were 4 drivers still in the same lap as you.
And i passed pianelli in the last round :)

At some point i was 2 laps behind you, so my pitstop strategy worked :)

Second place in both races, not bad
 
Yeah, but you have to remember that the Lolas are MUCH better at ovals than the Penske cars.
