Yeah, but I laugh because you're moving from DNF A to DNF B.

Omnis
By the way, Bee, your spelling blows.

Everyone should be getting used to it now. But I didn't really notice any. :boggled: They do spell some words differently in America don't they?

If nothing else it will be a good place to sit until Season 4, or unlike some people I might be able to make that car do something. :sly:

appie17
no points at the last 3 races:ouch:

I think there is still a spot open at McLaren if you want a change. Ash is confirmed for that team.

Bee
Brad Horton has signed a new deal with Midland confirming he is to stay with the front running outfit.

Never thought I'd see those words in my life....

Never thought I'd see those words in my life....

Neither did I..... midland, front running. What has the world come to.

Well, sounds like all the current drivers are getting shuffled around - when's the time for a new driver to graduate from the ranks of GP2...no, wait, F3000...er, go-karts....ok, fine, driving around a batty '89 Civic up to F1 level?

(Translated: When's new people signups? End of season? Now?)

Spiffy then! I'd better get my foot in the door then.

*shoves foot in door, door slams* )(#@&$(*$#@( that hurts. OK, maybe not literally.

Hmm. Looks like a spot at Big Meaningless Words is open. Rookie driver Yuuji Kawasie (a Japanese name...uh, because I had a bunch of those lying around lol) is offering to fill that seat.

Ok what team would 'Yuuji' like to join? Any seat marked with OPEN will get the seat straight away. 👍

Yeah, Big Meaningless Words = BMW :P Maybe my real bad stab at an acronym didn't make enough sense.

(BMW. Because it's a bad idea to drive at Super Aguri if your name starts with Yu and ends in ji.)

Interview With Blake Haswell.

So Blake, we are now into the second half of the season, your tied for the lead, have you met expectations?

Well, first of all, I'd like to point out that I am leading the championship, because of my four wins to Simon's two. But, overall, yes. The car has been good, my driving has been good, if erratic. There's a good atmosphere at the moment.

And what about Ferrari as the team, happy driving there at the moment?

Yes. It's a good place to be, at the moment. There's huge motivation to get ahead of Honda in the final part of the season.

So your on pole for today's Grand Prix, feeling any pressure to bring home the win?

There's always pressure, but being on pole is always easier, because you don't have to deal with the first corner mayhem.

Next year Simon Trendell is joining the team, how do you think he will fare?

It depends. I think Honda and Ferrari both have very different attitude towards racing, so perhaps it will be tough to adjust. That said, he's fast, and you don't lose that just because you're in a different car.

And is there any word on where your racing for next season?

Finally any messages for the fans?

Bring lots of red flags to the race.

Thanks for joining us.

Do I get to keep this hat?

Yes sure thing Blake..

You need to pick a team to join. Haha any seat with OPEN in it will get you the seat straight away.

Fonce Diablo
That's fine, but where's the GT Planet game?

The URL up front doesn't work, and I'm not reading through all this to find the new one, if there is one.

We are currently in season 2. These sign ups are for season 3. We will make a new URL once season 2 is over.

12 Days left in the current season.. But you can reserve your seat from those on the list.

AND.. Its always about the freebies.. like my University Open Day trip a few weeks back, no-one really cared until someone said they were giving away freebies such as pens, sweets and foamy things

Fonce, sessions are on a 24 hour basis, so a season is a fraction of the time of a real life season. Bee is currently setting up transfers for the new season so if I were you I'd get picking a seat.

Eh, I just joined one of the generic public races to get a feel for the game...

I'm driving a Honda Accord. -_-

Well, in practice, I'm only .057 off the fastest, so yay!

Haha brilliant, good luck with that championship.

But yes, as Impreza04 rightly pointed out, theres only 12 days of season 2 left, so if you want a seat for it I suggest you pick one very soon. :)

That goes for anyone else who is intrested aswell.
👍
