Impressive lap times from Sinistar and EL_ZISSOU đź‘Ť

I had another go in free run and got down to a 1'52.161, I have been ahead of that lap, but only to put 3 wheels off on the green run off in the second to last turn. :yuck:

Will be racing later today. :)

I'll try and get in on some races in about 2 or 3 hours from now, once I've done some practice laps đź‘Ť For the moment I am going back to sleep...I think if I tried to drive right now I would probably be at about D3 pace :dunce: :lol:

Dunno, feels like it somehow :lol:, reminds me a bit of the 512 lack of pace, but this time I'm "only" a second off, another difference is that I've done next to no free run laps, so there is hope :p

Gonna do some hotlaps now, then up for some action! đź‘Ť

Message to BTH_Lacko47 and RuDHungary1: If you're going to take part in this event please read the rules and do not use the run off areas blatantly to your advantage. And RuDHungary1, that was very unsporting like of you to weave back and forth before the finish line and then put a blatant block on me causing me to get out of shape đź‘Ž

And GTHQ_Giznav: Please let me back on the track if you're going to run me off the road from behind! Blithering idiot :rolleyes:

Best race lap w/no draft for the board: 1'51.977

I'll do some free running later...only got 4 laps in earlier :(

Also, did a 9'24.489 race time earlier đź‘Ť Don't think the laps were anything spectacular though.

I started with clacks tune but found it to be a bit understeery for my taste, so I then tried the DC tune which is quite similar...with the exception of the ride height, rear camber, and gearing. I've been using that ever since and am pretty happy with it. Will try some fine tuning later on though đź‘Ť

long time i was not racing online. thanks to all for a nice evening. đź‘Ť

i was looking for a s2/s2 setup, but not found a good one for me, so i was on track with s3/s3. best hotlap was a 1.52,153 (uploaded to the GTdb), but its not good enough for online racing.
means, tomorrow i must testing again.......... :trouble:
 
I was on S3's too Rudi.. :cheers: ..still driving with the event 02 tune..

Thanks to timeattack, LP2K and another GTP tag who's name escapes me for some good racing for the first few laps, and for the sheer entertainment of the last two :cheers: :lol:
 
wish I could participate a bit further up front with you guys, but so far away from all servers allways last or second to last on the grid :(

Unfortunately there are some Dutch guys racing this event who are way to agressive!!!...Had some not so nice PM's with several of them...:ouch::ouch:
Whas hoping to have less DC's but had 4 in a row several times,so got out of sinc with the times...very annoying!!!...:ouch::ouch:

Are you kidding mate?! I try to keep the car inside the white line but somethimes mistakes happen when 2 or 3 cars arrive in the corner. I know you are very fast but don't be too strict with poorer skills drivers, like me.
Please think before accusation.
I have sent you a message and I apologised because of RuD1hungary's unfair behaviour. It wont happen anymore.

PASM was also a witness to your unsportsmanlike racing etiquette...which is very unlike you might I add :nervous: I'm sorry to say, but you weren't trying to keep the car inside the track on several occasions and were without a doubt in my mind using the run off areas to gain an advantage to win. In one race you must have used the run off areas by at least 5-10 feet, at least 15 times throughout the race...I seriously doubt that was a mistake especially when you had no one next to. And you're skilled enough to where you should not be making that amount of mistakes causing you to use 10 feet of run off area lap after lap.

In the race where I edged you out by a few hundredths at the line you used a massive amount of run off area at the last corner to try and ditch my draft and stay ahead of me. Bart also experienced this crap, when he was in the lead going into the last corner and you used the run off area to gain an advantage and pass him by .001 at the line.

And lastly and most importantly, it doesn't matter how fast I AM...using the run off areas is considered cheating in this event and here at GTPlanet. No need to makes excuses for yourself. If you can't keep up fair and square that's the way it is...winning by cheating aint cool mate đź‘Ž

And I find it funny that you unfairly use the run offs, when you said this to z06fun in tony's GTLM thread

"This guy was me. I sent you this message: "Shame on you mate because you didn't let me use your slipstream in the straight."
It wasn't fair. I think better to lose in a fair, nice race than win unfairly but it seems we are not the same."
