I finished the PP-19 Assignment earlier today. Then I switched up weapons to mostly either the M416 or ACW-R and instantly remembered what it like to use a good weapon. The PP-19 is garbage. The MP7/P90 are both much better options for high fire rate PDWs. The PP-2000/UMP-45 are also better options.
 
I really like the ASVAL, PP2K and UMP-45 for my PDWs. I rarely use the P90 & MP7, They are very strong and since I got my 10ss in both I prefer trying other options. ASVAL is very interesting as its incredibly accurate and effective at longer ranges yet still keeps you of the minimap.

I agree. At first I thought the PP-19 would have been decent but as I sued it I noticed I was getting less kills using it and it wasn't dropping people like I had hoped.

Man I cannot stand the ASVAL. Too much vertical recoil.

On my old accounts I have it... But on my newest account it will not let me finish it. It is stuck at a hour and a half... Does anybody know how to fix that?

You have to be playing on Strike at Karkand. That's the only way to progress that one to unlock the PP-19.

I have. Just to make sure which map and game modes do I need to do.

Because I have played all three of the B2K maps and played regular conquest and conquest assault and something else and nothing. Maybe I am forgetting something

My Rambo assignment is stuck, I got 17 multi-kills today and it says I haven't gotten any.

Are you counting double kills? Because they don't count.

Tonight I decided to try and boost my Silent Killer progress, managed to get almost all (97) of the required AS Val kills and nearly half of the MP443 suppressed kills (20) in a few rounds of Canals TDM. Also managed to get two, yes, two claymore kills which was a nice bonus! Only 23 left to go for the Pecheneg Specialist. Man I love Canals TDM, it's so useful for assignment kills, and for just huge amounts of kills in general.

There are 4 B2K maps, but it has to be "Strike at Karkand"...

Multi-kills are 4 or more kills in less than 2 seconds.

I did the vast majority of those on the CQ maps. Specifically behind the counter at 'A' on Op 925. Place one in each direction and I actually got a couple double kills during that run.
 
Got kicked today for being TOO good in the AH-1Z.... rejoined and hopped in the Huey, dominating the Battlefield with my amazing crew; got kicked again... :(

For what???? I'm a Huey pilot, I dont get that many points unless I roadkill someone. I swear, admins get worse with each passing day.

Only a couple of those were double kills, most were with C4.

Yep sure was.
I was good to have holli and his mate in the chopper at Firestorm keeping the pesky choppers away form us in the tanks.

Even though the stats show we won easy the rounds were well fought.

I would like to like the VAL, but there is no way in heck I am grinding out 300 kills to get the extended mags. I hate TDM, so that would be a lot of CQ rounds and even then you only get 20 + 10 rounds.

Anyway, got extended mags for the MP7 now - what a world of difference :)

Getting those 300 kills you learn to control the bullets you use. 3-4 bursts is what I did to unlock extended mags

AS VAL is a monster. Super accurate first and second shot if you're standing still, making long distance engagements easier, and high rate of fire making the close encounters end quickly. Add to that the decent reload time and the built in silencer and it is one of the best PDWs in the game.

99% sure you only need 200 kills to get extended mags for the AS-VAL. :)

I do believe you are correct sir.

I have a real love-hate relationship with the AS VAL, if I haven't used it in a while the temptation to empty the mag in one burst gets the better of me and I end up dead. Then I remember to fire it in bursts and it works a lot better for me, like, so much better.

Vertical recoil is the best type of recoil seeing as it can be tamed. Unlike horizontal recoil which is close to impossible to counter. All guns aren't capable of mag dumping such as the M16/M416. Some guns you need to burst, And as the AS VAL has no spread on the first shot and very little on the next few if you burst fire it correctly, You've basically got a gun with no spread whatsoever.

+1 i like to have some vertical recoil on weapons, as long as you can keep it under control that is. Not used the AS Val really so can't really say much on that gun.

The AS VAL is an odd gun. I also have a very love-hate with the weapon. If I actively stop moving before I shoot and stay stationary, then the weapon is very good. The AS VAL has no spread while stationary. Moving on the other hand makes the spread on the AS VAL comparable to many LMGs.

The Assignment can be done with C4. I managed all five of the multi-kills with C4. The best map and mode to do the multi-kill portion is Rush defense on Grand Bazaar. On the first or third set of MCOMs, there are opportunities to get in behind the attacking team and easily pull over multi-kills. On my first attempt on this mode/map combination, I managed two multi-kills and had I kept trying for more, I would have likely been able to achieve more.
 

Best part imo is at 1:35 onwards :lol:. I burst out laughing at what the Recon said. Also, Bunny Sniper at 2:40.

And yeah probably the best way (at least the way i got mine) was at operation metro.. I was running from B to A at the right door where every one piles up at.

Just run down the middle then turn right running up behind the enemy. Have your C4 ready. You should be able to eventually get at least 6 kills with one C4. My record is 8
