Sorry about the confusion.

The other day a friend and myself was playing Black Ops II.

We had noticed somebody had a unusually high K/D at the time. So we went and double teamed the guy. He was able to take us both out before we killed him. He had his back turned to us when we started shooting.

But I don't care who you are, if you get 50 kills on Nuketown 2025 in team deathmatch, which only goes to 75, you got something going on.
 
Gone back to playing some Rush now, first up was operation metro. Had a play around with some of my sniper setups and I'm beginning to use the SV98, ACOG and suppressor. First game got 34-11 and defended the first two MCOMS, that said i usually struggle in smaller more urban maps grand bazaar and CQ metro.

Also was playing some kharg island rush, and just rolling around the Amtrac, never really used it much but damn it's a devastating vehicle, plus a mobile spawn point too. Also helped having a few engineers around us to keep the vehicle up and running.
 
Question. Do anybody like using the AS VAL?

I finally became a Colonel last night playing with gt4viper, D.Hundley, and some of the MBP clan. (Man I hope I got that right..)

I don't really like it that much. Its basically a SMG with a longer range. But the PP-19 has less recoil at range also... So really Its just another PDW (Personnal Defense Weapon not PDW-R)

Congrats Colonel!
It's very fun running with guys like you and D.Hundley, as you commented last night, where Hundley goes, I Follows! It's the best way to learn IMHO, besides he's resurrected me more times than... Well lets not get sacrilegious here. Lol

Thanks to the whole squad for "babysitting" me!

I feel kind of like noob from BFF...

AS VAL is a great weapon if used properly. Don't fire on the go and micro burst and you'll do well. It has the unique characteristic of having no spread on the first couple of rounds.

Haha, thanks! Seems like nobody caught on to that except me.

I'm nowhere as good as I was during the early stages of BF3, but that UMP-45 and AS VAL seem to be helping me. But D has helped me out more times than I probably realize. We make a pretty sweet team.

It sure does feel like a SMG, I run out of my clip too quick, lol.

Yeah, I'm starting to learn to micro burst with it. I'm doing ok with it so far since I only have that 4x scope unlocked, but yet I have nothing attached. Lol.

Congrats! I LOVE using the AS VAL. Best weapon IMO.... that is, if you got the balls to not move while firing. Once you've got the extended mags, it will become fun.

Thanks! I move somewhat while firing the gun. My only complaint is that my clip runs out too quick. That extended mag will help tremendously.

DON'T! The AS VAL has HORRIBLE bullet deviation. Use burst, and don't move. Do that, and the extended clip will be yours in no-time.

I don't move much. When I'm firing I'm barely holding the analog stick forward, and I mean barely.
 
After seeing the BF4 gameplay videos, I figured I should really try to get to colonel 100 soon. I mean, not that it's a big accomplishment or anything, but i'm at colonel 76 now, so it's not far to go, and I haven't been playing in a while.
 
Haha thanks guys. The as Val is a beast if you learn to micro burst. Sadly the extended mag only holds 30 rounds
 
So I decided to play this for a while and on the very first game I join I end up getting banned from the server within 10 minutes for killing the host to many times. :grumpy:

Back to collecting dust.
 
It Was happening to me before I started gaming with the MBP guys I'd just join official dice servers. No badmins there.
 
I just downloaded CQ and I am working through the assignments. Most of them are really straightforward, but one that I'm worrying about is the hand grenade kills for the SCAR-L. Does anyone have tips to get grenade kills?

Just through it at where people go behind covor. Or just spam Metro. I use grenades mainly to move the enemy to I then can shoot them.

Press and hold L2 and R1. Walk up to people with the grenade in your hand. When you get close to a group of people you will be shot. When you die they have about 3 seconds to get away or they blow up from your grenade.

Comes in handy when walking into a building where someone is camping in a corner.

Also so you do the trick to hold the grenade and don't want to use it, you can click Triangle and switch to your primary and pocket the grenade. Just found this out recently.

Metro. lie on an ammo pack so you have an angle down side stairs and lob away. I got kicked after killing about a dozen dudes in this way.
