Yeah you don't need another code as long as you use the same PSN account. The code is locked to you account and not the console
 
Thanks for the answers. Just got home from work and tried it before coming here.
Worked no problem. The game asked me if I wanted to reactivate the code. Should have tried before i posted. Oops.

So as long as the system is authorized to redownload your prior purchases you are good to go. Safe bet to say this will work across all EA games. The only other game i own that uses the online pass is BC2 and havent had to use the slim to play that.

Slims wireless card is much stronger. I get 5 signals at work while the phat gets none.
 
Just been looking looking on you tube at some amazingly long sniper shots got there pretty epic

Nice to get a couple of games in again Mike along with hollidog. 👍

Bit of a mixed bag for me today, the games we played were fun. But I played again a bit later and a couple of games were so one sided (our way) that it wasn't really fun. The sort of game where you get about 4 kills and no deaths but because the opposition has no flags their tickets just drain away very quickly.

Oh well I'm hoping I can get on for a few hours again tonight.

I saw you two had squaded up but struggled to join the round as it was full. Eventually I just ended up in another squad on your team who were not too bad. I also tried breaking in a few new weapons today, so it was rough going :banghead:. You both exited at the end of the one round and I ended up getting clobbered at Caspian as the other team was pretty strong and we got outnumbered to boot.

I am also sucking hard at Noshahr these days, which is annoying, I used to be really good there.

I notice you guys don't have mics? Or maybe you just weren't using them. I lost mine a while ago but Ive been using Skype to chat with my buddy (Davelander) while we play, it works well and we get some real good coordination going.

I've got one, just hardly ever manage to squad up, so never have it handy :).

Sorry I bugged out - just was not enjoying this morning's play. Aiming was crap, lost a few 50/50 kills, got MAV killed afew times again (🤬) so just thought, bugger that.

Yeah noticed you were MAVing it as well in that base on Tehran. It was so annoying, every time I got a break to get through to C I got freakin roadkilled by a MAV, then when I finally got through, the game ended.

Me and my buddy finally finished the heli Co-op mission though, was so gutted, got right to the end and then our heli hit us as we lifted off. Took like three more tries to get back to that point on account of the fact that you can't choose who is gunner and who is pilot 👎 Unlocked the MP7 though.

Yea, I was using my MAV to kill the other MAVs. I think I ended up destroying 4 of them before the round ended.

Game froze on me last night while we were doing SQDM.... I'm really starting to hate that mode... :lol: You got time tonight? Lets start off with some Rush or CQ first so we can get into it and switch over to SQDM after, if youre up for it :D

No I don't have a mic mate. It's been on my to do list for a couple of weeks but I haven't got around to it. To be honest I haven't even done any research on what I want/need yet.
I don't want a full headset as I want to listen to the game through my system and only use the mic for chat purpose (is that how they work?).
I'd imagine the communication available would make it alot easier though.

I had a 50/50 night too.
I unlocked loads for choppers, and I finally got to my M98B XX1337 sniiiPeEzzzXX weapon.
I'm impressed with it's lack of sway.
Stopping power seems good too, the very first chance I got to get a shot off on Tehran, I hit someone just above his pelvis, in the back, and he dropped. Dead.
I now use heat seekers for ground targets in attack choppers, which means if I lose the race to the Havoc or the Viper across the top of the carrier at the start, I can still have a lot of fun in the gunner seat.
The range on those seekers for tanx and their ilk, is awesome.
Literally nowhere to hide on Gulf.

Aside from that, I got constantly owned at Strike by snipers I couldn't hit, though they could hit me. This was before I unlocked the M98B though.
One match, I got onto a roof and my whole team started to spawn up there, it seemed.
Looked across the map to the rooftop that usually comes down, near B flag SQUARE in Karkand, and the whole enemy team were standing on the roof, firing pointless ammo down at the floor, and then they just started respawning as recon's the lot of them.
Took out a few, but one guy, ChillCollins (cool name, bro) made me his nemesis target, and spent the next four rounds hunting me down and ruining my night.

So, 50/50.

Dzidza and I have been trying to complete it, but if you don't have 3 or 4 people in a squad working together its quite impossible to win... So if youre online next time, would you like to join us? :) If Sureboss is on as well at the same time we have 4 people for a squad 👍

Yeap, we need one or two more trusted players, not some random guys. Sorry that I left earlier, but at one point you logged off, and I assumed you were done for the night, so while I was leaving I noticed that you reconnected but it was to late (promised my Miss to watch M.D. House). But tonight my wife is off to Museum nights and I am free as a bird :-), so I will be online at around 20h CET, and I'll send you invite if I see you online.

Well, today's session more up for yesterday's frustration in spades. Fell in with a great team, had a good few close matches against another lot (won mostly), but just generally reminded my BF3 can be frustrating, but super rewarding too.

I decided to ditch the FAMAS as my assault weapon and after some initial struggles, the M416 is an absolute beast. So much more stopping power then the FAMAS - plus you don't have to put up with the epically long reload time. 👍

The M320 is also doing stirling work at Bazaar now and has added a new dimension to my approach there. I also used the MAV (as designed) to great effect at a round in Tehran to help pin RU forces back to deploy by a) chasing snipers off the bridge and b) blowing cover for flanker troops trying to make their way to A.

The only bummer was a dumbass team mate who RPG'd the jeep at US deploy at Kharg as I was about to get into it at the start (:rolleyes:) and the same wally who ran me over with a jeep by jumping out of it and letting it coast/ roadkill me. Jerk.

Is there an AK-47, I have been looking for it but I can not find it?
 
Does anyone know if the APFSDS-T is stronger against tanks than the ATGM? I just unlocked it.

Do you mean the AK-47M (or U, I forget), the starter RU assault rifle?

Incidentally, VEXD mentioned a while ago he wasnt sure what accessories to add to his weapons. For the M416, the heavy barrel created so much recoil, I took it off straight away. Looking forward to trying the suppressor though 👍.

I don't know which letter, but the opposite is M16 (both where used in vietnam war)

I'll be on tonight, maybe not at 8CET (probably 9, maybe a little before).

I think I need 3 more for the SQDM assignment. I went up on to a roof at Gulf of Oman and went after a radio beacon with my repair torch, so sorted the destroy 1 enemy vehicle assignment (after killing the sniper). Only need the DPV/BTR kills now.

I am in that positions also, so after we win 3 rounds of sqdm, we can play maps that have those vehicles!?

Yeah it is a shame.
Not 100% sure but I think the AK 47 had the 7.62mm round where as the AK 74 has the 5.56mm round.

They're Karkand maps only, aren't they? I actually have about all the kills I need in the BTR thing, but it doesn't count as I got them before I unlocked it. Shouldn't be too hard as long as we don't come up against a tank in the BTR.

So Conquest will be best for that.
 
Good series of games tonight, unlocked the P90 and boy is it over powered. Got 88 kills with it in 5 matches. Got three medals and one 30,000 point game.

Had some good rounds in the tank too, my buddy had on proximity scan and I had reactive armor. Combine with a CITV station and javelins we were near unstoppable 👍. Problem was we kept running out of javelin rounds. :sly:
 
Last night I played a game on the opposite side of Mike and Veyron. I think I got them both before they left. Were you guys having a rough night? After that every game I joined my team was worthless.
 
Tomorrow if anyone is up for it I want try out a trick with the recon trick. The trick is too fly around on the Mav it would be great if we could all be recons and just snipe people so who is up for it?
