I love surprising people like that. Had that happen before with friends of mine. They are astonished when I tell them you can drive tanks and blow up buildings and stuff.

The story was meh. The MP is fantastic in all aspects. Only a few things that need to be improved on and that's mostly just stability and less glitchiness.

All aspects except the maps that are too small for 64 players, and the maps that are too big for 64 players. And of course the idiotic unlock system. Then there's complete lack of teamwork, and that's not just the community's fault. The game doesn't do anything to actually encourage teamwork, other than give a few additional XP. It's CoD on bigger maps and with vehicles. Granted, the guns do at least look/feel/sound somewhat decent.
 
True they do need some work but for the most part, I think it's pretty spot on.

I dont see any similarities between the two other than that they're FPS. I used to be a hardcore black ops 1 player and the first few times I tried bf3, I got mad said it was too hard and gave up. After I sat down and put some actual effort into it, I found bf3 to be a much more immersive than call of duty ever was. Which even though it was harder to play it felt more rewarding than Cod. I also feel that there is way more teamwork than you give credit for. Maybe you only play Tdm? Not too much teamwork there usually.

It's much more satisfying to beast in Battlefield, than in CoD.
It's a great feeling, when you're able to keep your heli, or your jet or your tank alive for a whole round of 20 - 30 Minutes.

I also see a learning curve in battlefield. I always found the CoD Multiplayer to be more spray and pray rather than thinking about burst fire, bullet drop and all that stuff. But again, it's sooo satisfying when you hit the head from 400m away. Something that CoD player will never expierience.

Did you play the campaign in BF3? It's a carbon copy of CoD.

Uhhh really ? Because I enjoyed it like I never enjoyed any CoD. It's miles better than any other warfps I've tried scenario wise as well. Sure it's about terrorist attacking the USA but what warfps set in the present time isnt ?
 
Will this game be only playable online? Because I will not be buying any games that are not playable offline!

I hope they have the cover mechanic that was used in the Battlefield 3 Beta (it was also used in Far Cry 3). They probably took it out in the full game for balance, by why?
 
I would be happy with Medal of Honor Warfighter's slide to cover. That mechanic is a blast to use. I would sprint around the map just so I could have the chance to slide to cover. Sometimes I am easily amused.

Battlefield 4 adds 'Levolution' real-time dynamic map features.

According to a post on GameStop's website via Reddit Battlefield 4 will include a 'levolution' feature which will allow players to dynamically alter the game map in real-time.

"You've never seen a war like this," the 'About the Game' post comments. "Just when you thought you had the lay of the land, Battlefield 4 introduced Levolution, a brand new way to affect the landscape in real-time using interactive elements.
