BB Code [center] not allowed in signatures

What's that all about? When i joined i was able to center the type in my signature, but whenever i try and edit it recently it gives me an error message:

"BB Code

is not allowed in signatures"

Anybody got any idea why? Any chance of having it back?​

It was removed during the most recent update to GTP and not much chance, no.

Anyone with the tags in an existing signature has them grandfathered, but as soon as they change it they will cease to work.

Are the pictures on that page images? Are you allowed images in signatures?
