Beginner case mods?

I have a cheap case that I'm looking to mod, the Casecom 6788.

I was thinking of putting a window in the side panel, but I don't know what else I could do to it, apart from maybe drilling a hole for the 4 pin CPU power cable.

So, are there any other case mods that can be done with simple tools that a beginner could do (mostly for fun)
 
I replaced the power light in my case (a black Fractal R3) with an RGB LED, I've got a small circuit board with three potentiometers on it which plugs into the PSU so I can set the colour and brightness myself. You could go further and make it respond to inputs or just cycle through colours and stuff with an Arduino, but I just did it on a whim so I didn't bother with any of that. I quite like red but white is also nice, so it's cool that I can choose whatever I feel like.

It's always nice to see, what ideas people come up with.
Did some excessive modding on my cases so far, should you need some ideas ;)
