Best 3rd party DS3?

What is the best 3rd party DS3 controller?
I'm looking for something under 30 pounds and maybe a nice colour.(s)

Preferably wireless and doesn't require a dongle.

Surely a reallly good controller if you like the Xbox layout and don't care about a lost usb port. The digicross is pretty bad, although nowadays it's no longer as important as it once was anyway.

Edit: Aditionally, you can't use the PS button to turn on your PS3.
