New Online B-Spec Challenge

What's the best car to do this in? Trying it out with a tuned Enzo, but not really getting anywhere


It's 500k for first place, and I'm on 200% bonus.

Use a detuned LMP or the 2J or something of this nature

400PP: Given the nature of Deep Forest, I would recommend the Accord Euro R '02 (may need detuning)

500PP: That's a tough one, my Bobs did it with NSX-R '02, RUF RGT, Impreza STi Ver VI '99, Evora, all except the RGT had drivetrain and intake-exhaust tuning.

650PP: You can't look past the F1 GTR

500PP is a pain, the first one was fairly simple. The last one was really a walk in the park with the Audi R8 LMS.

Like the other Bspec seasonal at the 'ring, it is much easier without the BMW Mclaren in the field. Currently outrunning the Ford GT LM Race Car Spec ll by 4 seconds a lap in the Jag.

Hard to beat the NSX Type R '02 for a 500pp race. The bobs also really like the Shelby Series One Supercharged.

I used the Nissan skyline gt-r r-tune r34 for the 500pp race and I adjusted the transmission a little, I won the race with a 10 second lap or so.

Same strategies as in the online b-spec challenge no.2. I used Opel Speedster, Camaro SS and BMW McLaren F1 GTR tuned with Praiano's Tunes settings. No coaching at all. With 200% easy 1M Cr. in 20min, 3M Cr. in 1h.

Well I came second in that race, over took up to 5th within 5 minutes into the race, so not so bad. Bob decided to handbrake turn somewhere on Suzuka and compleatly screwed up chances of winning >.<

400pp - TRIAL CELICA SS-II - Easy win, detuned to 400pp with 153 BHP

500pp - Suzuki GSX-R/4 Concept - Another easy win, 497pp

650pp - chaparral 2J - 'Nuff said

650 pp used the VW. W12 Nardo concept car was in lead on 2nd lap cracking car

All of course tuned to the exact pp. Must say the 650 was the easiest. Won by some 27 seconds and once in the lead only had to pace up a few times to prevent Bob from dozing off

i had to detune the Clio and it still makes about 197bhp, which is more than enough to breeze by the AI.

the Amuse S2K is lightly modded and is at 499pp with 323bhp. its light weight and great handling makes it a easy win.

like Neuronix said, the 650pp was the easiest for me. My chapparal 2D has a Stage 3 turbo and makes 540bhp with 650pp. its super light weight with a nice amount of HP. i made it to first place by lap 5 i think.

My Bob easily won each race. The first time I tried the 650pp race I used the Jaguar XJ9 and came in third, watching my bob struggle the whole time with traction. He was only a level 26 before the race, so i don't know if he was just not experienced enough, but i was ugly and making me mad. I switched to the Zonda and Bob was in first by the fourth lap. The pay out was nice, and a good grinding race for sure.

Actually it's e very good car! Will blitz the 500pp event with 10 second lead even with below 25lvl AI driver.

Chaparral 2J for sure on this one. My driver is a complete idiot most of the time and I was in first place by the 3rd lap. Very easy way to get one million credits.

Exactly. With a technical track like Suzuka a light and nimble car is going to be an advantage over a heavier car even when that's got more power.

But it's also a matter of getting past the pack quickly. Doing it a second time now and again the top 2 are way ahead. I'm up to third after 3 laps, but 18 seconds down. But laptimes with the pace in the grey are some 7 seconds a lap faster than the leading BMW McLaren F1 GTR, so it'll be fine again

I used

400pp, Toyota Celica GT4 (185) @ 224bhp

500pp, Lamborghini Countach 25th anniversary tuned to 420bhp

650pp, Ford GT40 LM race car, tuned to 719bhp.

All won with ease, the GT40 can be left to win with no prompting with a level 38 driver. Thats 1 mill every 20 mins.
