Nissan xanavi nismo gt-r, easy win and a great handling car which more than makes up for the slight lack in straight line speed, hope that helps. Or if you don't have that you could try a fairlady z or even nissan r390 race car, all of which i'm willing to lend. :)

The best one is a Premium Nissan (can't remember which one) because it has more power than the others.

okay I won't be on until tomorow so i'll PM you my psn so you can add me beforehand, i'll put any of the cars on when I get back online. Anything else you need, just ask. :)

Yep it's the Nissan from '06, better than the '08 spec models in the game or the '03 JGTC ones, has 609 PP stock whereas the rest have below 500

I used the R35 GT-R touring car, and while didn't pay to much attention to the race I did notice that my Bob spend the last few laps in first place

Is this car in the UCD, OCD or dealership? Thanks.

I used a fully worked ARTA NSX. 1st place all the time. It was definatly a test of character but the NSX was up for it :-)

Haha sounds like you did well to win! Will try to use this car to win these seasonals again!

Guess it depends on what you want out of the event. If you just want the money and credits just power up any GT500 for easy wins. If you want a challenge then any of them will be fun to use. GT5 has so much easy money now, you should be able to get whatever Premium GT500 car you want.

No worries Cheif. Best of luck :) all the best let me know how you go.

Does the race have any restrictions?

If not use a Peugeot 908 HDi LAP. It's my favourite car. :sly:👍

Yay. More begging for cars. The seasonals pay quite a bit. Just race the ones you have a car for, then buy your own GT car. Honestly, I don't know why people who seem to hate to race play a racing game. It's really easy to make a lot of money in a short period of time with this game. No begging required and you're actually playing the game you paid for! GASP!! What a concept!

The best thing ive heard all day !!!

Couldnt agree more dude :-) honestly its takes me 8mins 34sec to make $400,000 x 200% your loving life !!! Spend 1 or 2 hours doing the same race with the same car or different a couple of times and ur a millionair and setup pretty good :)

Im going my RedBull X2010 all colors collection using this same method...

No, the races or entire championship doesn't have restrictions as to the criteria of performance point or sort of tyres due in use.

However... isn't the choice of an LMP class machine preferrable to be alluded in this instance, as this thread is virtually intended for mention of the ideal selection of a car which can almost equally match with GT500 cars without noticable gap of performance or specification? :indiff:

Any SC430 on sports softs should make it fun. Mediums might be better if you are fast, not sure.

I wasn't sure if how well I remembered, so I went back and ran a race with my Petronas Tom's SC430. And I was right, good balance and good fun. I'd have won despite plenty of mistakes and getting roughed up badly by one of the cars, until the guy in second decided to intentionally spin me out(or at least blindly take his stupid line despite me being directly in front of him) coming out of the chicane to start the final lap. I hope he enjoyed his trip to the Schumacher Esses sand pit. :p

And unless there is some other Super GT Seasonal event besides the one I can see, it is only open to GT500 class cars from Super GT and JGTC, so I really can't understand why anybody is suggesting GT300s and LMPs. Even the regular A-Spec event only allows Japanese cars so no 908.

Fastest car would be likely the Xanavi Nismo Z or the Diablo(which I'm pretty sure isn't really GT500 spec as it comes stock) or one of the NSXes, on Race Softs, with an aftermarket turbo. Best car for having anything resembling fun would probably be an SC430 on SS/SM tires or else whatever car you wish with a nice lump of ballast or even lower grade tires. They're pretty much all fun to drive.
