I'm only 35% in but I really enjoy driving the RUF 3400S. Since it's 4WD I feel as if I don't have to 'work as hard' to get it around the track quickly. Also it can be tuned to >500hp, which is a good bonus. Even though I have a 787b, polyphony 002 and such like, I still try and make this car fit as many races as possible.

My new found joy: Lamborghini Diablo (JGTC)

Yes, stock it handles like crap and is overpowered. You have to detune it to stage I tune-up so it has around 792hp or so and further tune suspension from there. After that it is a very aggressive car (much more drivable with less HP) and works well on most tracks (just make sure it doesnt have insane hairpins).

One of my all time favorites is the RX-7. I tune them up to around 400 hp, and god.. what an incredible balance of power and handling.. perfect. Forget the LSD, let the suspension do its thing.

I've finally gotten the Super Autobacs MR-S, and wow. This thing is absolutely a blast to drive. There's never any uncontrollable oversteer... u just point and go. I think the Clio Race Car handles similarly, but with a more heavy feel (obviously). The only flaw about these 2 cars is that one can argue that they're TOO easy to drive.

My favourite cars are:

F094/s - Man this car is fast! I really enjoyed the FGT races with this one. It was hard, but fun! Especially Laguna Seca.

Toyota MR2 (both, G-Limited and GT-S) - These are my favourite "slow" cars. The MR2 is so much fun to drive if it doesn't have too much HP. (220-300)

Nissan Sylvia (S13) - This car is perfect for drifting. Although I am still very bad at drifting, it is a lot of fun with this car.

I was always a big fan of the NSX Type S Zero. This car can be adjustable in any way and the horsepower could not hurt either. Second, the F094/S is a fast MOFO, while the Speed Six takes third place

I like Mugen NSX most.
Though it's not the fastest, it can be very well controlled.

2nd is F094/s.
It will be the best car for a rookie like me to enjoy Formula GT. -v-

3rd is Lancer Evolution VII Prototype.
The most suitable one for me on dirt courses.

i'd have to say that the RX-7 FC is definitely my favourite car, i dont care what the little bottom of the screen blurb; says its a great drift and grip car alike, just tweak the suspension and change your wheels and you've got a whole new car to drive

Well personally i hate how people love those stupid F1, ya there good and fast but there so cheap if u bought the game for those then u should throw ur game in the garbage or use a real car. I like the RUF RGT its super fast and awsome handling if u tune it right.
