May I be the first to suggest that your list of best cars is entirely your own preference. Personally, I think that the GT-One Race car (1235hp) is much better in all respects, not just because it's more powerful.
Also, as a race demolition machine, you can't beat the Polyphony001.
The best car for doing the stock races is the Aston Vanquish, again, in my opinion.
The Escudo doesn't turn, but the Vertigo is a good car - I ran one briefly in an OLR a while back.
Finally, if you search for "best" or "favourite", you'll see plenty of discussions on the matter. The Search function is your friend: use it to join in on existing chats.
