i need a good car to win the amatuer league and professional league until i can get a f1 car. atm i have a skyline gtr v-spec 2 r34 but it handles really badly. please help me find a good car which can go fast and handle well. ta

:mad: theres nothing wrong with the r34 it handles good if you have it set up right like me...... i have done most of the game with the skyline r34 so what are you talking about :thatsodd:

i can't seem to get my skyline to handle well at all. care to help me with the setup? i've been reading tons of manuals and stuff but i just can't figure out how to make it handle well

yes i will help but first do you have msn, cos if you do it will save way more time than talking over this.......if so what is ur addy?

Are you planning on buying a car to do this? I am telling you. Buy the Corvette ZO6 with every upgrade besides engine stuff. I have one with all up grades but only 405hp (I made a 2002) and it is one of the best responding cars and can GO extremely fast around any track. I dont like american cars to much but the ZO6 is a work of art. If you dont have that kind of money get a nice simple RWD car with good power. I would suggest RX7 or Supra. The 300ZX isnt all its cracked up to be. Another good car that is very fast when modded up to the max is the RX-8 if you can win one. it can only be modded to a max of 515hp but I was VERY surprised with its performance. Good luck and get something unique.

hey Mith try my setup, I have done all the allowed endurances and all the amateur championships with my 1051hp r34 gtr vspec2.

try this:

spring rate: f: 4.0 r: 12.0
ride height: 86mm all
shock bound: 5 all
shock rebound: 7 all
camber: 0 all
toe: 0 all
stabilizer: f: 1 r: 2

brake balance: f: 24 r: 1

limited slip:
front = 60 all
rear = 5 all

gear ratio: up to you

downforce: 0.29 0.60
ASM: 1
TCS controller: 1
VCD controller: front distribution 10%

tips on cornering: you have to brake hard while cornering to make a slight powerslide then throttle gently when it's on the right angle

hey thanks for the help guys, ill be sure to try your setup and also R34 King my msn is hlmith@hotmail.com.. ill try that ZO6 too, ta for the tip, atm im rolling with money :P i think i had a RX8 but i might have sold it, bro is playing atm so i can't check, but thanks

the VSpec is a wonderful car, but few people know how to tune it properly. i sure as heck don't (copied my setup from the "Anybody got a well set-up R34?" thread).
