which dealer would you consider the best?

the reason i ask is because whenever i get a nice hunk of credits and ready to buy a new car i have trouble deciding what dealer to go with.

Nissan>BMW.... BMW doesn't have LMP's in GT4, Nissan does.

EDIT: Wait they do... but we all know the LMR sucks :lol:

Really? :rolleyes: , I think it's a pretty good car...may not be as good as the PS Pesky or the 88C-V or the R92CP but it doesn't sucks to me.

As far as the best dealer...mmhhh..............💡 Honda or Nissan have a good variety of cars for you to choose.

There's another thread on this, search "Is V12 LMR Worth The Money?"

The LMR is slower than other LMPs according to Kent, and from what I've heard it eats up gas and tires fast.

No the LMR is a amazing car.... That was sarcasm...(my first post)
 
When you race on shorter tracks without 3km long straights the BMW LMPs lack of top end power is negated somewhat.
I recently put almost all the mods on a 2002 turbo and it wheel spins in top gear at about 230kph on a straight. Absolutely amazing.

Honda. They're like your neighborhood drug dealer for me. What you want, what you need, hit them up they got'cha man. Even if your freaky-deaky and feel like driving a minivan, they can hook you up! :D 👍
 
I don't think this will work. Everybody has their own opinion, so you're going to have a hard time picking a dealer to buy from. ;)

i would go for Mercedes Benz, Honda, Nissan or Toyota:D
 
Actually, every time I get a paycheck I generally go to the used dealerships or the "classic" dealership.

It seems like I have a bazillion 80's and 90's Japanese sports cars. I think I have 6 Z31's, and I still haven't found a "low" mileage used example yet.

actually, you are wrong. Yet you are right at the same time. This is a "which is the best..." thread but only because i want everyones opinion on what they think is the best dealer. Yeah, everyone is gonna have different opinions and i'll check them all out. But, some dealers are gonna be mentioned more than others. Those i will look more closely into.

i have gotten plenty of help from this thread. thanks guys.

Please don't double-post, even if you aren't saying the same thing twice - there's an 'Edit' button in the bottom right of all of your posts, feel free to use it :)
We also try to use proper grammar to the best of our capability here - it makes posts so much easier to read and understand, not to mention it looks much better.

Oh, and by the way, welcome to GTP.

I think my answer would have to be Nissan, due not only to my obvious Skyline bias but also because they seem to make a car for just about any occasion, if you'll excuse the cliche.
But in my opinion, the best car in the game is the Audi R8, although it's not quite awesome enough to make Audi my choice. Hope I've been some help.

I opted for subaru. Did the constuctors event and won a Impreza super touring car. I then completed a good deal of the game quickly with this 1 car. Not many A-spec points in the lower races but more in the higher up stages where the car is still able to compete with race class cars. (after a trip to the tuners). I also found this car the easiest way to win the tarmac stages of the special condions arena. Again A-spec points were not high but at the time early in the game i justed wanted the money and the %completed.
Not to mention the prize cars for my garage collection. I rarely sell a prize car unless i have more than 1. I like trying to use the prize cars to re-do races over.
 
This is a hard one...I would tend to lean toward Honda or Toyata just due to selection but I really enjoy the BMW's (even though there isn't near as many of them)

The two low mileage Fairlady Z 300ZX (Z31)'s appear on weeks 67 and 89 of the cycle (or days 463-469 and 617-623) if you are playing the NTSC/NA version of the game.

I'd say any German car maker (preferably BMW, Audi, RUF or Mercedes-Benz) or Nissan. Nissan makes some pretty nice cars, and their classics selection, I'd say, is one of the best in the game.
 
BMW for the M5 and Subaru for the Impreza :)

well, he's just envying Japanese cars brecause he owns a lada.

but, back on topic: from US, I'd say that best possible car is Focus RS, followed closely by Ford GT and Corvette ZR-1.

from Europe, Pug 206CC, 205T16's, Renault's mid-engined wonders, Elises and Esprits are good. BMW120i is one of best european rwds.

from japan: Nissan ( GT-R's for racing, top speed and handling) , Subaru ( for tight tracks where good acceleration and turning ability is needed), Mazda ( MX/RX range for sideways fun) and Honda ( F1 technology in grocery getter? yes please. )

Im acctully to young to drive.

Its my oppinion I prefer German cars to Japanese
 
I think the best dealer for beginners is the Pescarolo one.

Go into petty theft mode (press L1+L2 when being rammed from behind during a race) and then steal from everyone (old people tend to carry more money with them) until you can afford an LM car with which to basically cheat your way to victory, thus eliminating all sense of challenge and wating hours of your life, hours you can't get back.

Failing that, Mazda has decent starter cars. The 6, Familia 323 or a tuned Mazda2 (aka Demio) should see you right.

About 180hp should be a nice amount for the chassis to handle.

Ashame theres no American Love in here:sick: I will have to go with Chevy because it has a nice variety of old Muscle cars and the new Corvettes and stuff.. LMP cars arnt everything..
