I'm glad you posted this, because I was just thinking of doing the same thing. My secondary account only has one Bob (my main has 6, all Level 40, but I'm also sitting at 20,000,000Cr with nothing I really want to buy), so I need to train up a new one. I think I'll give it a shot - see how well an L-0 does with minimal "training" from me.
The 5th place took lots of tending. My first effort resulted in a 12th, second attempt was a 7th. The 5th finish was looking like a 4th but the tires and Bob were both too far gone to hold on.
