Best GT Race car

What do you think is the best GT Race car, like the Toyota GT-One, Mazda 787B and so on.

I like the mazda 787B but I haven't won one yet, because I still can't get that damned S-liscense :mad:
 
I think that the best is the gt one race car cos its fast but its also very maneuverable...but if u wanna feel real emotions u must drive a dodge viper...pure emotions.
 
I think the R390 is the best, it handles better than the 787b and GT One race car, and although it has less hp than both (no mods) and less than the gt-1 (mods) it is still a better overall car.
 
Don't forget the Castrol Supra! :)
 
mmm reading that post made me think about what car must i use in the polyphony championship... any suggests?

i think the best car is the camero race car it is good in handeling and only costs 14Grand to get it to almost 1000 hp. but ive never tried any of the other cars, there to hard to win

Mmmmm i think so but i also think that i must put in it a good hi fi car stereo, at least i can listen good music and have fun, alone...

I would have to go with the Nissan R390 LM Race Car. Although I haven't gotten a GT-One Race Car yet, the Road Car is really nice, but not as quick as the R390. I totally love the 787B, but it can't hang with the R390 in the longer races (don't know why).

But after you get a Formula 1 car, you won't care about any stupid "best gt race car". The Formula 1 cars are heavenly (:

But can i disequip a full mod car and make it plain?? and than start the polyphony cup? cos i already have a gt one road car and a 787

Nope. You'll have to start with a "normal car". In some other thread we decided that the TVR Speed 12 is the best "normal car" in the game. This is of course by opinion only. I did that series with a RUF CTR2 and about lapped second place in every race. It really isn't too difficult.

Yep. Either in "Tune & Settings" (or whatever it's called in your Home section) or right before the start of a race, you can go to the first option in the Settings menu. It should be called Change Parts. There you can set everything back to the original parts. Tires aren't concidered 'modifications' and they can make a huge difference, so choose your tred wisely. Oh, and get an oil change before you start the series. (:

I'm doing the GT World Championship in a 787B. I won the first few races, but in the last couple I've come in 2nd or 3rd. Behind the R390 and the R390 and GT-ONE. What's my chances of winning the series?

Use the Speed12 if you have one for the Polyphony Cup, its the best overall normal car.

I've done the entire Pro GT World Championship in a 787B and won all the races. OK, so I sometimes used a little bumping, but only a little... ;) :lol:
 
the mazda 787b is obtainable by either getting to 75% in game completion or by winning the " like the wind race" in professional mode . ;) :cool:

Awwwww .... the Calsonic Skyline holds a special place in my heart. It looks really sharp and it was one of the first GT cars I won. It handles like a dream and has power to spare on the smaller courses.

I mis-spoke, it was the Pro GT All-Stars that I am having trouble with. The GT-ONE and R390 race cars are pretty hard.
