Getting tired of all the disconnected errors RIGHT AFTER I joined the lobby.

Is there a proper setup for racing online? Mine is at NAT type 2 with high bandwith...is this bad?

No that is not bad. It is good. I have the same and have had no problems. Sometimes the problem is on the other end.

Pay attention to the meters on the lobbies which give you and idea of the conenction quality and try the ones that show a good signal and good race quality.

So what represents what?

The stars and the bars-the bars meaning connection quality? And the stars meaning race quality?

Should I be looking for high-quality lobbies then? (don't race online, just join the free run lobbies)

Are you running wireless or wired? My PS3 wireless was always flakey (compared with laptop in the same location) even with high signal strength so I switched to power-line for a direct connection.

Yeah, I have a wired connection.

And I thought you got a different message when you get kicked?
