Coolboarders 2 <- I thought it was the only good one of the series.

Tony Hawk's Pro Skater - This game was so much fun when it first came out, I remember playing the demo of just the first level for hours and hours, as I was eagerly awaiting the game to come out. I think the demo came with the Pizza Hut pizza we got one night.This game was so good in its day, and put other trick-oriented games to shame with its excellent controls and fun gameplay. Too bad the new games in the series are kind of lame.

I agree with those titles, but I do not like RPG's. I also liked GT1 a lot, aswell as WipeOut.

But the best PS1 game has to be GT1. GT1 really did set off the Sim racing to a bigger crowd of people guys.

WIPEOUT 2097/XL IS THE COOLEST RACER EVER!!!!!!!!! I have clocked it so many times, I know all of the tracks like the back of my hand, but I can never get enough of it. I can't believe it didn't have the publicity Or maybe I was too young when it came out. I wish I could play all of the other games in the Wipeout series. Wip3Out was okay too.

wipeout2097 was indeed an awesome game with a great soundtrack...

some other great games were command & conquer retaliation, metal gear solid, tomb raider, ridge racer revolution, crash bandicoot, tekken 2, loved 'em all.

I think GT2 is the best. For a PS1 game it is really big and a great challenge. I haven't even completed it yet! Although I thought some of the Final Fantasy and Star Wars games were pretty good as well.

YES!!! I hearted that game. Also on my list is gt1/2 point blank (with the guncon controller) and... i cant even remember

I would have to say Gran Turismo 2 (obviously), Test Drive 5 (way better than TD6 IMO), NFS Hot Pursuit, Driver 2, NFS High Stakes.
