As others have said, the FGT is extremely fast. Second in my garage would be the Toyota Minolta 88C-V.

Loving it!! One more race and I can finally afford to rebuild the engine and chassis. Hopefully I can win the FGT championship then.

How much power after oil change in your FGT?

It should be about 935 after rebuild and oil change if it is close to that already I would not waste the 500k just yet if I were you.

Well in my experience...barring the Escudo, the Denso Sard Supra was the most useful race car I had in GT2. In GT4 it was easily the Minolta. I'm sure the Minolta is still amazing in 5, but everyone seems to LOVE the 908. The 2J will always be a great car as well. (But the 2D is way better looking and a little more fun to drive)

You can take pictures of any car. I think he's just saying that it wont look as nice because it's a standard car. That's all. :)

What i meant was you can take pictures of the car while your racing but if you want to go into photo mode and take pictures of it at places you've unlocked and model your car, it has to be premium.

I am Kinda of bias to the Jaguar XJ9, a freakin Modern(sorta) car that's won races with a Diesel Engine, just something about that and it sound makes it appealing to me.

Actually, I think mine was 939 hp after the rebuild. Fired it up and won the Dream Car event. Freaking Nurburgring...! I still haven't done a lap without making a mistake on that track. Luckily the Formula is a beast and I still golded it. :dunce:

It's either a toss up between the Minolta and the Sauber C9. When I'm driving the Minolta, it's negligibly faster than the C9 but the C9 is a bit more controllable for me.

That 939 is probably after driving it and breaking it in a little. takes about 200 miles to get all the power out of it. It has 935 after a rebuild and 0 miles.

I can get better lap times using the sauber C9 on all tracks than i can with the 908 or Minolta. FGT ***** over them all tho

1. Minolta (39.873 best lap on Indianapolis)
2. 908 (around 41.8xx on Indianapolis)
3. 787B (around 42.2xx on Indianapolis)

Minolta is a beast while turning, and I haven't use the brake on Indy (making the turns at 350kmh). The 908 is not that beast, but i don't need to use the break neither (turns - 325kmh), with 787B I have to leave out the acceleration a little bit (turns - 320kmh)

The Minolta have a better top speed (378kmh), the 908 have a top speed of around 360kmh and the Mazda around 370. All with standard gear ratio. Acceleration is almost the same.

In GT4 the C9 was the king except for the Formula Gran Turismo. But you should really be saving for a F2007 Ferrari or leveling up to 30 so you can win the Red Bull X1 prototype which beats everything. Sebastian Vettel bet kimi raikkonens lap record on suzuka which he set in a f1 car by 20 seconds with the X1

I liked the looks of the Peugot when it came up as I was searching for the FGT. I also saw another racecar which said Playstation on it. It was red, white, and blue. Can't remember what the make was.

Sounds like the Pescarolo :)

-C60 Hybrid-Judd GV5 Playstation Le Mans '04

-C60 Hybrid-Judd PlayStation Le Mans '05

These are my Favorite ... Handle better than the 787B and Almost if not Faster than the Nissan R92CP

Cant wait to get the C60 Courage Peugeot Playstation Le Mans '03

Beasts !

I love the Peugeot 908, but I must admit that the Minolta car is flat amazing. I can put it in "Bob's" hands on B Spec and go to the store and it just flat takes care of business.

The is also an Audi R8 LMP Playstation themed car. I have saw it in the Indy 500 a few times.

Yeah GT-One is my personal favorite since the 'ol GT2 days badass lookin, but 1 mill on top of 3 mill price tag for engine and chassis rebuild! tops out at 253 though,i think its a tiny bit faster than the minolta, noticable on the Ring

eh? The Jag never had a Diesel Engine :odd:

Well in my opinion the Best Race cars are definitly placed like this:

1. Gran Turismo Red Bull X1 (LoL OBVIOUS!) (Prototype)
2. Gran Turismo Formula Gran Turismo (F1 Car)
3. Ferrari F10/Ferrari F2007 (Both F1 Cars)
4. Sauber Mercedes C9/Nissan R92CP (Le Mans Cars)
5. Audi R8/Peugeot 908 Hdi/Minolta Toyota 88-CV/Mazda 787B (Le Mans Cars all 4)

... Well the top cars above should be enough :D These are only my opinion. Tough the 1st and 2nd best Cars are in their right Place!(as well as the 3rd ones)

Mazda Furai kicks a**!
