Best Super GT

Hey guys planning to buy a Super GT car just wondering which is the fastest overall super gt car and are they able to be further tuned ie turbo kits inake engine upgrades etc

Typically, for the SuperGT Series cars, I prefer the newer GTR's, as well as the Supra's. Can't go wrong with either. Most people will argue that one is better than the other, but I'm sure its just a placebo-effect occurring lol

So that people who aren't so good at driving can give themselves an advantage if they want. Also possibly because they run with air restrictor plates (note: that's an assumption) so by tuning them you can get an idea of how fast they could be when not restricted. That's one thing I liked about Forza, there was a separate tuning option for removing said plates.

Ya, but the Super GT cars were meant to be used fairly with other Super GT cars. When you allow turbos to be added it just ruins Super GT races online and offline.

HP restrictions. If the engine modifications were removeable, it would be no issue.

I prefer all cars to be tunable though. Real life race cars are limited, even F1 cars. Nothing wrong with imagining a Super Super GT series.

Guys, what about this:

Each year, SuperGT introduces new rules, for example lates year we saw MR cars no longer allowed. So is it means the previous year MR car was superior? --> that is what we are looking for.

Also I notice another thing. If you see the stats for 2006 superGT cars, they had a lot more torque. But the latest year you can see this massive aero that helps in corners. So, which one is better?

I hope someone get what I mean.

you do realize that you can uninstal the turbo right? Makes no difference then. Set a HP limit online and everyone will be even with their Super GT's.

I don't see any reason to not have the tuning option there, there should just be some limit on the a-spec SuperGT races.

In response to the OP, get one of the NSXes if you want the "best" one, although it's 6 of 1 really.

the Xanavi Nismo Z appears to be the fastest i done a few tests and is quicker than the rest around suzuka

^ Yes, the Xanavi Nismo has more torque than the other SuperGT cars. The Xanavi is my favourite by far..
