Just wondering what everyone best lap time was. Its the only thing keeping me awake during this boring race. I'm down to a 1.00.338 with racing tires on an older j-spec mx-5

My best lap was 59:something, in a 250hp Roadster with a supercharger. No matter what car you drive and how many Hp you have, you'll always end up with a 1 minute lap. It's the Tsukuba-curse...
I think I managed 57 seconds on this when I tried it (note: tried means I started, lost the will to live after half an hour and gave up. I've done this twice) with a fully modded '07 MX-5.
I quite enjoyed Tsukuba in the Roadster and that was with a controller aswell ... I can see me loving it even more with a DFGT ... However, I'll never run that race again, why not? Well I may aswell do the Nurburgring 4 Hours as it pays better!
managed to pull under 1:00 on the lap 30 something, and bettered that next day to just few tenths/thousands for that.. 59.5?? on lap 30 - 58.9?? the next day (slept and did it in two hours runs - something clicked after the 2nd hour, learned to race the track better and I got under 59 on around lap 130 after on 3rd lap from tire chance.
Kept almost empty tank towards the end of the race but to my disapointment it doesn't affect speed - all though I lost around 95 kilograms of weight (since the max fuel amount seems to be 99 liters) - that sucks IMO, not only endurance but also tactics wise on shorter races, tuning = the more you tune, the more the fuel consumption, online racing and so on..
Imagine the Epic Moment where you're second and the leader had miscalculated or couldn't afford a pit stop, and runs out of fuel in last main straight while you blow his whiskers away passing the finish line
I used the Premium Roadster and got in the 56's, pretty sure i went sub 56 on one balls to the wall lap, car was pretty maxed and on racing softs. I enjoyed the race though, even had time to park up for a ciggy break a few times
