Best way to get 1967 Mark IV

Looking for best genuine way(s) to get a '67 Mark IV. Would also love to earn the Ferrari & Jaguar, but at 20M apiece, one victory at a time.
Any insight truly appreciated.

The Ferrari can be won in a online a spec race in special events.

The jaguar can be won also for a bspec endurance I believe.

Ford is the one you gotta buy I think

You have two ways to get the Ford; you can buy it, and/or you can get it from a '67(?)-ticket.

Isn't the Mark IV from a b-spec reward ticket? I actually can't remember how i got mine.
