what i figure is your just have to do every race, on every level of difficulty, with every class of car. is this true? or is there a much simplier and less time consuming way to do it?

Just do the hardest ;)

Ohhh.. And btw. Welcome to GTP - The HARDEST place on the Net :D

No, you just have to win on each course in the Hard setting. Most people just take an F1 from their personal garage and make short work of it. I actually try to keep it more challenging. I drove the Arcade version Calsonic Skyline for most of them - exception being I used the MR-S JGTC car for the Test Course because it is the fastest in its class.

If you're on a fast path to unlock these tracks, simply take an F1 and run the "Hard" races. Take about 4 hours to run it completely through that way.

Oh, good Lord, no. That's absolutely the worst possible way to do it.

You need to clear every track on Hard mode. That automatically clears the Easy and Medium levels.

As far as I know there is no benefit to doing each race in more than 1 class of car, no matter what difficulty level.

Welcome to GTPlanet, by the way. Enjoy your stay here.

It was GT1 that made you win in each car class.

holy crap you are kidding me, i can use one of my own damn cars? i can officially be labeled stupid. seriously, that is good news to hear though, so just do all the hards with my own car, why iddn't i ask this question sooner....

Well, it matches your opponents by HP I believe, so be careful what you chose. Just because you have a certain horse power car doesn't mean it's the fastest in its respective group. You want a car that out performs with lower horse power. The example would be F1 cars. They don't have any amazing amount of HP but they are by far the best performance cars in the game (world?).

Also of note: in Arcade mode the garage cars appear stock, however when you enter the race they are just like you left them in Simulation mode ... including lack of oil change (I believe) so you may want to make sure the one you wish to use is all tuned up and ready to roll.

I don't know for sure. If you go to "Clear Status" it shows a path for each setting. I assume each difficult unlocks either more tracks or more cars - Hard unlocking all at once.

i asumed easy unlocked tracks and hard unlocked cars or sumfin like that
and if thats the case then runing it all in easy with an f1 is faster :)

Running an F1 on easy will unlock all the tracks, but you'll need to do it again on hard to unlock all the cars. To be honest though, if you're using an F1 it's a piece of cake to win on hard.

People should visit my site more often... :D

"Every time you complete the easy level on one area (A-F) you’ll open up the races for the next area. Medium difficulty rewards you with one or two cars, Hard with another one or two:

Area A - Mazda MX-5 ’89 (C-class), C-West Silvia (S-class)
Area B - Audi TT 1.8T 225 (C-class), Lancia Delta HF Integrale (R-class)
Area C - Mazda RX-8 (A-class), Gillet Vertigo (S-class)
Area D - Nissan Z Concept (A-class), Pagani Zonda Racer (S-class)
Area E - Ruf RGT (A-class), TVR Tuscan (A-class), Panoz Esperante GTR-1 (S-class), R390 GT1 LM (S-class)
Area F - Toyota GT-ONE TS020 (S-class), Mazda 787B (S-class), Viper GTS-R ’02 Concept (S-class), TVR Speed 12 (S-class)"

as i thought.... run it in easy for the quickest way to unlock tracks :)

But... since "Hard" isn't all that hard, you might as well just run them on hard level to begin with and not have to re-run them anyway. You'll have to do it sooner or later, and doing it on hard the first time gives you all the rewards of the lower levels in one shot.
