how do you register the under-18? is it using the existing account or make new account?
Unfortunately this will only work for "adults" (aka kids with credit cards). You must register for an over 18 account, then link your under-18 account (you could go as young as you want - today's date is fine) to the over 18 account by providing valid credit card and address information.
Once thats done, start rolling in dough.

Jumping into the thread war here, just because I have all the "best" cars in the game doesn't mean I'll be an excellent driver (in fact, Im not - shockers. I use ASM and Skid control). I use the exploit because I am intrigued by the interior views, the outer design, and driving it with friends in arcade mode. Like someone who jumped on the band wagon, in 2-3 months I'll be bored, and GT5 will be lent out to a friend, or sit on a shelf, etc etc.
Everyone has different levels of commitment to different activities. Some people want the pure driving experience, and they turn to GT5. Other people just want to look at nice cars, or drive them in world famous locations, and they turn to GT5. Others want all of this and more, and they may also turn to GT5. No one is "more correct" than the other, and no one is "more wrong" than the other. People who exploit the bday cheat get enjoyment from being rewarded rare and expensive cars, and people who do not get enjoyment from saving up millions to buy that one special car. At the end of the day, everyone is trying to derive enjoyment from this product - GT5.
I doubt the thread wars will end, and people will continue to point fingers and expound on how they are right, or smart, or pure, or honorable, or shrewd, etc etc. Too bad.
the challenge of racing countless hours in a circle to buy a 20mil car and then grind again over and over ! Awesome challenge.
