Pardon me, it is illogical to have a loud drift car, with a quiet BOV. When I served on the enterprise, Jim always told me that he wanted a louder blow off on his warp drive. Scotty said the same thing you did.

Loud drift car = Naturally Aspirated car, if you have a BOV you have a turbo, if you have a turbo, you're technically not going to have a loud car, simply because the turbo muffles ALOT of sound. I think I answered the question he was trying to ask.
Please note that this thread was a bit of a mistake. I am just to preoccupied to take it down. Back to the subject at hand, I do not particularly mean audibly loud as much as I mean aggressive sounding.
