Big problem with videos

Well ive got a really bad problem. I have heaps of video's, avi files on my computer.When i try to view or play them, its upside down AND mirrored. Dont know how it happened, and i dont know how to solve it. Ive tried ALL my media players, and its the same thing. What can I do to make it normal again?

Is your PC on crack? But on a serious side, you could try re-installing the codecs, I'm not sure which ones to get though.

Turn the monitor upside down, and look at it though a mirror!

I was thinking that myself lol, but if i look into the mirror, my head will be in the way lol.
