Opening my GCSE's results evelope. :ouch: Oh and dropping out of 6th form, real stupid that was...

My biggest disappointment was the film 'The Never Ending Story'.... it ended :grumpy:

(Runner-up, Oldest Joke In The World Competition)

Seriously, I think one of my biggest disappointments would have to be when my Dad traded in his silver Ford Sierra 2.0 GL (which was a bloody nice car) and got a white Ford Sierra 1.6 with a fake spoiler.

You know they made a sequel, right? If the first one neverended, then...never mind.

I thought i would have to fight dragons, or beat up punks running around with baseball bats and knives, and then i would get the girl. But no, it was simply

"Hey, i hear you like me, at least thats what all your friends say, Wanna date?"

"Sure"

"... Ok, so now what do we do?"

It was really a dissapointment, no explosions, or doing stunts on a crotch rocket.
Spock, you finally made me laugh!

Of course, if you do want a battle for your love...move in with her.

Bite Me
Shut up Ashley.

Use my own fingers...what an idea...just a shame i cant get that to work either!

Hahaha:lol:👍

A huge huge huge fight with a friend
Yeah fights with my sister tend to be disappointing in the end too...*sigh*

Bite Me
My biggest let down is my bf...he cant give me an orgasm!
Oh man!

Biggest disappointment? Listening to many band's albums and finding they're not as good as their previous ones...

And when I see the magazine I've designed in a bin/on a floor.

Shaving seems to be a consistent one mentioned in here, when I was in school I wanted to start shaving, then I started shaving and I wanted to stop . God help one of the lads in my class who had a full tach (a proper Selleck tach) at the age of 15.

Heh I shave with an electric razor ever since I first cut myself! But then, as some of my pics show, I don't shave that often...

My biggest disappointment is happening right now in school. The way I've been slacking the last simester of my senior year has made me unhappy, but I can't seem to look on the bright side and work to my potential. I'm plaenty smart, or I'd like to think, and could do way better--I just don't want to. I didn't aspire to a fancy college or anything, just the local community college where I'll take the fairly simple program on industrial design. Seriously, I'd rather drive something than get good grades at the moment. I wish I had some motivation to do really well like most my friends. This is when I go "Oh well."

Me to a T. Except you have plans for after school... I don't. Really sucks when you see your friends getting accepted into universities and colleges and having great-paying jobs straight from school. Kinda scary, actually.

Other letdowns: Each successive birthday for the last few years, my rather uninspiring job.

Slicks and Keef, what you both said is basically me as well :D

I just feel so un-motivated at school, so uninspired. I'm going to college next year and i think i really need to get my act together and start working harder.

Getting a girlfriend.

I hear ya man! I think the girl I connected most with though was Jennifer being our family historys were so closely similiar.

Aside from buses,
1. Finding out that my old man wouldn't live forever.
2. My mom selling my first car a year after I found out my old man wouldn't live forever.

3. Realizing, now that I'm grown, I can't have all the fun I want to. It takes money and time that I don't have cause I'm busy trying to earn money to do all the stuff that I don't have time to do cause I'm working.

I connected with a girl once. For about 5 minutes, then I kicked her out of my bed!

Biggest disappointment – when FAFSA set my EFC at exactly the same amount it will cost me to attend my school. Dammit, if I (and my parents) have to pay these taxes, I want a return! :grumpy:

I'd having to turn down University of Delaware because it was too expensive. Damn out of state fees!

Pfft, my family was expected to pay almost twice what my education cost (why did we all have to go and get jobs ). Damn public school for being so "cheap"
