Seriously, to get through the first N'ring turn, one needs an area sized Belgium and half of Poland:grumpy:

My biggest disappointment... difiicult to say, I think I need to get used to this game a bit more ;)

The only reason why it handles poorly is because the car is set up poorly or the driver is set up poorly :dopey: .

Without question, the GT by Citroën Concept Car.

Thought it was the most badass looking thing. "It's gotta be good!" I said. What a disappointment. Looks nice in photos at least.

I haven't even bought it, but you can tell merely by looking at it that the Nissan SKYLINE Sport Coupe (BLRA-3) '62 has a vastly inflated price tag. Even the yearing can't save it, just look at the Corvette C1 in comparison.

Just saw this, the skyline fully tweaked is a suprising drift weapon.

As for your cizeta, now that is a pile of c***

my most dissapointing although its cheap, mk1 golf gti, not at all like the real car

Apart from the engine braking (lack thereof), I wasn't disappointed in this uniquely whacky car, though I admit I don't whip out the Concept much compared to the other two (both of which I like).

Highest torque figure in the game - what's not to love?

Oh, right. Not being able to hold out the XJR-9 in the Dream Car Championship because the battery ran dry....

In other news, I ♥ the Ferrari 2007. The 2010 does suffer in comparison. I also bought a second Muira to mod up yesterday, right after an Audi R10 (which I admit is likely rubbish, but I had stupid amounts of money to spend). Ooh, 20 more million? Again? Thanks, Bruce*!

For either GT40 Race car (both 69' and modern LM gulf livery), try dropping the LSD Accel below 10 for sanity. Plus, the Chapparal 2D can pound the snot out of the AI at Monaco, and look and feel great doing it.

I don't think I've been overly outraged at any particular vehicle, because I typically knew what I was getting going in (too much research). Never felt the love or found much use for the Panoz, Lister, or XJR-9 yet, but bought them anyway. They look cool, but I haven't found their niche; I had some hope for the Lister.

The Ford XR8 rocks.

*aka Bob.

I bought all of the RM cars at once. What. A. Spanner.

I rarely use half of them, and except the Elise and the TVR, they're all just very dull...

The Ferrari F1 when I bought it with my 2nd user to gift it to my main user...before I remembered the impossibility of gifting a car costing more than 500k.

Mine was the Ferrari Enzo. I heard on TV that they only made (I think) 400 of them, so my mind said "Oh hey, it is probably the best Ferrari EVER!" So, stupid me instantly buys it, tunes it to the max, buy rims and paint it with a chrome. I join a lobby to "show off" the thing, I realized it was the biggest waste of time and credits I have ever spent. It was 1,000,000 credits*; doesn't sound like a lot at the time**. I saved up and sold (almost) every car to get it.
So, I raged and deleted my Gran Turismo Data.

*The car itself (no custom paint, rims, or tuning) off the dealership with all stock

**This was all roughly around the first update - not 2.0

Go die, Ferrari Enzo :ouch:

Maybe you're not that smart.

My guess is that the Ferrari was getting it's revenge....

Mine is totally stock as it should be and it's an awesome car to drive if you know how to drive it :D

The two Ferraris used to be useless but now they have grown on me. The one car that has not grown on me that much though is the Volkswagen Schwimmwagen. (And I have no clue why I bought it other than to the reason of owning it for no reason).

I bought it (VW Schwimmwagen) because I could. I saw a video of it driving on two wheels and doing wheelies and stoppies. I was laughing so hard I cried. I made the tuning changes and went out and tested it myself. It's a lot of fun to play with . . . for a short time at least.

A friend of mine let me borrow one earlier today after asking if he had one - I've got to say I feel a bit awkward after my previous post. That thing was a beast. I don't know if it was just because I had higher hopes for it in the first place, or if I was just that much of a newb; either way it rocked the second time.:dunce:

Also the Jay Leno tank car is next to useless......but I would love to see a time trial with a detuned tank car....talk about a bizzar thing....

My biggest disappointment was the 69' GT40 I paid 19,965,000 credits for. Two day later it was on the OCD for 10,000,000 credits and NO miles! Doh!!!!!
We bought the same car lol, the exact same situation and price paid, this car bankrupt me and yes i like it but i barely use it.

Every Peugeot i have driven.:grumpy: I hate the 908, (its overated). I also hate the color X2010's. They are a massive waste.:dunce:

The DLC Cars because I paid real credits for them and theres nothing special to do with them.
Finding out the R10 TDI could not hang at the indy 500 was lame too. That's what I bought it for. Figured I would conserve fuel etc. Nope. It just stunk

Early on I saved up for an Audi R10 TDI Race Car '06. 4,750,000 credits from the dealership. It was far from the dream machine I imagined and I think I only used it twice.

After hours of mind numbing grinding what's the most disappointing car you've bought?

HOLY ****! O_O , I was actually counting on the R10 to be my fastest machine to help me through the "like the wind" and "GT all-star" kinda series. if not the R10 , which car would be competent enough? i have a lamborgini mucielago LP670-4 (which im in love with) which is my fastest car at the moment..... then i bought the Mclaren F1 too -_- (idk why i thought it'll go any faster than my SV. im a bit too used to 4WD i think ^^"). well, anyway....if i fine-tune my SV well enough.....will it be competent enough for those race-car series?

Buy 787B, it will win both. If you want to make sure you will win buy S3 Turbo for it. I can borrow my cars too if you want to.

Use the mazda furai at Indy... You pit less than half as often as the opposition!

I kind of like the 908, love the 787b but thought the R10 was a massive disappointment. There is just something about it that feels very sterile. Not what you expect from something that is supposed to be a beast of a car.

At least the 787b has a good roar.

The Ferrari F1 cars. 10,000,000+Cr. (If I remember correctly), and you can't use them except the seasonal for them :yuck: 👎

Buy a Viper ACR and fully tune it, i hate them because rednecks drag them and think their good at tuning but offline you can argue with 1001bhp.
