.bin player for windows

I'm just wondering if anybody knows of a software that plays .bin files in windows. I know in linux you can either use mplayer or something else( i forgot ).

You need the .cue to accompany the .bin. Then you can use a program like Nero Image Drive to make a fake CD drive and mount the image onto it...

then boot back into windows and deltree c:\windows\system32 after that you'll be able to run it in windozer

and it tells you to use isobuster ( http://www.ping.be/~pin11466/isobuster.htm ) to get the movie out of the image, since a .bin file is normaly a cd image
