Well, I was lucky enough to find a large biohazard symbol on Google's image search. So, I copied and pasted that onto a new layer. Then I mucked around with some layer styles which gave that tricky design inside the logo.

The outer circle was just a circle that I segmented in certained places. I added a slight gradient overlay to that.

The grunge was done with a couple of grunge brush sets I found kicking around on my computer. You'll find grungy brush sets kicking around the web easily.

That's about it really.

I hate grunge brushes. Especially when they're used to fill empty space.

Sorry Eddy, but besides that biohazard, i think the wallpaper's kinda bland...
