That is one very beautifull car , enjoy it :)

What's next, now? Full catback exhaust? Cat Deletes?

Supercharger? :D

As far as splitters go look at Mustang Race Technologies website or even Shelby's site, MRT makes one similar to the Boss 302 splitter.

I may down the road at the splitter to the CS valence. Maybe it needs to "grow" on me.

Thank you very much, I most definitely enjoy this car! 👍

Non of the exhaust mods are an option since I live in CARBifornia. Even catted X or H pipes won't pass. The CAI/tune I did will make it not pass smog. It's just easy to replace when it needs to be smogged. But the exhaust would be a pain in the ass. My next upgrade is either going to be the Cervini Cobra R hood and the BOSS exhaust (and maybe consider clear 3M to protect the car, I drive it on the freeway 95% of the time) or save for a Supercharger. More and more though I just don't know if I want a supercharger. It's hard to explain, I want it but God, most of the time I'm not or can't put this car to it's full potential. I really want to track this thing one day.

Here's the video I wasn't going to post. :p

It sounds a bit muffled, mostly I think because of the hushpowers. But if I get the quad exhaust it will sound so much better. But overall i'm happy with it. I also have the same tune but without the cam idle in case I get tired of it.

Nice Mustang, wish we had more of them over here in Australia and they weren't so bloody expensive

Do you have a hole in your hood for that CAI?

Thank you! How much are they there?

No I don't. :D

If you're lucky you can find a mid to late 90's Mustang for 20-30k, newer Mustangs can cost between 80-150k still cheaper than a r35 gt-r which can cost 190k from the dealer. I get they cost more because of the rhd conversion plus tax as well but damn 80k sometimes 100k for a v6 Mustang

Great car now if only they would put a 2011-2013 in gt5 as well as the gt500

Holy crap. O_O

I think as is what I've put in the car is only a little over 40k at this point. Total value.

I agree with you there. ;)

Not bad for 40k

Few days ago turned over 10,000 miles. :D

Cell phones and even some video cameras never seem to be able to do exhausts justice - from what I can tell yours has a nice idle though :)

Do you have winter tires? The stock rims on my Mustang look pretty un-sporty compared to the winter rims (My dad and I just changed them today... bought a hydraulic jack too).

I don't have a winter set. Just what's on the car now.

I agree but its the best I can do. :p

So today me and my buddy took our mustangs up Highway 9 and Skyline to have some fun in the twisties. It was a blast and I was really happy with the way the car performed. Only damage I got wasn't even on the highway. Coming out of a drive way after lunch I managed to scrape my rear bumper a bit and he scraped his front.  Could have been worse though.

Looks like you got Bumper Rash!

Here are some pictures from my friends camera from our drive up Highway 9 and Skyline:

Also, I'm thinking of changing out the grill to the Saleen grill. Most people put badges where "Saleen" usually goes. The most common being "5.0L Coyote V8" which looks pretty cool. But since my CS came with the tri-bar pony badge I was thinking of reusing it. Someone already has and took two damn nice photos of it. What do you think?

The Saleen grill looks way better than the one you have now, in my opinion. And while it looks fine with the badge on it, I think it would look very good/clean without a badge. I don't think there is really a wrong decision on this one.

Do it! Love the Saleen grille. I would do that lip kit & fog light delete as well, but that's just my opinion.

Yeah i'm thinking of the splitter as well. I'm just trying to imagine the 302S hood with all of that. It's a big change.

Yep. Saleen grill is much better.

The grill I agree is a tad bit tacky. Black grills on mustangs 👍

If I'm honest, I'd leave the hood alone unless you're thinking of painting the roof black & going with the hood on this Boss instead of the one with the stripe that runs through it on the new ones.

I like them both but the Boss looks better to me. It would be better if it had lights in those slots though.

The 302S doesn't look like that hood.

How much power is that putting out at the wheels? I'm assuming around 400ish.

So the 302S must be a '13 model.

It's around 360-370whp stock. The cars are underrated, but not enough to be putting out the same power Ford advertises at the crank.

So right around what it was doing in 1968. Nice!
