Nope. You got red/silver stripe, silver/blue stripe, and black/silver stripe.

LOON beat me to it. There was one in GT2 after you buy a Racing Modification, but not in GT4. There's no need to start a thread for this. Should've put this in the GT4 General Discussion and Questions thead. It's open to everyone, and it's stickied. Pretty hard to miss.
