Blue lines.

Does anyone know how to turn off the racing/track lines which display in mid blue in Seasonal Events?

Whenever you start a Seasonal event race, go to 'Driving Settings' which has the symbol of a spedometer and there should be an option to turn Racing Line On/Off. Hope this helps.

That's a different thing. To the OP, if you are using the default controls, hit down on the D-Pad, or whatever button you mapped to Ghost Car.

I think you can access this under the quick options menu when you pause the race as well

You're friends ghost times will be show with blue lines, you're time can be shown as a ghostly car or a white line.

You turn off your friends blue lines you turn off your ghost car as well, annoying and needs an update.

The blue lines are you friends that your racing with right and if you want the blue lines off you have to turn your ghost car off. The only way to play online is to have no friends on your friends list on you PS3 XMB screen and then you will only have your ghost car to worry about. And there is no option to remove the blue line and leave the ghost only to race against.

Im sure you can find a button to add ghost toggle to.
Go to in game options, scroll down to player 1 controller. Figure out a button to use, click it, and go to ghost toggle, click it save and your done. Then at the start of your run press whatever button you used and the lines and ghost car will dissapear.

Sorry Streeto, that does not do it - I have that in the "off" position and the blue friends lines are still there. Thanks for your response.

Press UP on directional pad. If on wheel the same, just check you haven't replaced/remapped this option with something else in the wheel config settings screen.

What annoys me is you can't turn your friends lines off independent to your own ghost. My ghost gets in the way when trying to shave tenths and seeing what ideal lines my friends make to help me be a better driver.

Go to your controller lay out and check what you have "Ghosts on/off" set to - pressing that button will turn off the blue lines 👍

If you don't have a button set for that, try adding one temporarily. I think if you turn off the ghost in one race, it stays off elsewhere.
