heres a little drag race to compare times of the japanese legend including NSX type S, 93 NSX-R , NSX Type S Zero, and the 2002 NSX-R... also included a Nissan Skyline GT-R R34 and a Porche 911 GT3...

to prove to some that skyline do run high 12-low 13s

Drag Race

yeah im not sure why the GT3 ran that slow, either they detune it or something because 13.7 for a GT3 is very slow they should run like 12.2s thats a big difference.

Arg!!! I wish that Skyline would have beaten the NSX-R, but you don't get everything you wish for. Oh well, I still like Skylines. :D

NSX arent always faster to the 1/4 depends on driver and condition. The Skyline has beaten NSX in 0-400m alot of times but anyways yeah both are really fast and derserve all the credit they can get. On the track its the same thing some track favor NSX some favor GT-R. Most of the time it depends on whos driving both are really fast on the track the NSX and the GT-R. The NSX could be Type S or Type S Zero they are matched with the GT-R Vspec but if it was a NSX-R then it would whoop the GT-R. There is a big difference in NSX-R (fastest NSX model) and hte Honda NSX Type S Zero ( the second fastest) .

You also can't BPU the NSX and run low 11's ;) NSX's are all about the handling. My friend actually beat one in his Jetta yesterday. The girl in the car was like "you just got beat by a VOLKSWAGON," to her boyfriend. heh

Nice video.

Let's take your turbo Jetta to say, Road Atlanta, and we'll see who'll murder who... The NSX ain't a drag racer, it's a circuit burner. And a very potent one at that.

A few mod's to a 1.8T Jetta will beat an NSX.

Who said anything about a circuit?

the 1.8T jetta with a few mods run high 12s!! WOW AMAZING then it would keep up with the Z06 or dotn lose that badily huh..

Also if the jetta beat the NSX it beat evo and sti as well, also all camaros stock that is ever made would get beat too, thats a fast car with minor mods

i once saw a video of an NSX Type S Zero beat a a ferrari 355 in a straight drag race, along with a porsche 911 turbo and BMW M3. if i find the movie i'll post it up

Which is exactly my point. It's easy to go fast in a straight line with anything, but it's another story when turning.

Well this could be just another stupid debate about how can do what to what car to make it faster, its all in the pocket book and anything can beat anything. Btw the guy driving the R34 needs to learn how to ****ing launch an AWD car, no way the NSX-R is taking him off the line, i dont like those videos, i do but i dont, its like each video they have a car they are highlighting and go figure that car ends up the fastest car out of the bunch.

the GT-R launched very good, its just that the NSX launch just as good in another video same cars the NSX launched and beat the GT-R. So the GT-R didnt launch bad if it did it wouldnt run 12s, even though its AWD the NSX-R still take him off the line, in both videos so i would say NSX is just as good off the line as good as the GT-R because its Mid engine giving it 50/50 and an amazing car plus its lighter so.. And ur wrong it does not always win the highlight car doesnt always win if u watch enough of those best motoring u should know so yeah.

For one, learn some freaking proper english, my god. For two, I have quite a few Best Motoring videos and YES each highlighted car WINS EVERYTIME, There is one in specific that really pisses me off "Porsche 996 Turbo, The King?! 03" and just so you know i love Porsche's i have not a thing against them, so this isnt about some kind of hatred towards Porsche, anyways in this video they have quite a few cars, 2lancers, 2 nsx's, 360 modena, skyline r34 V Spec II, Porsche 996 and a corvette, they run them in the 1/4mile first off then they go on the circuit, racing them all at the same time and what only matters is in 1st and 2nd was the r34 and the porsche and the r34 was quicker on turns and the porsche would take it on straight, r34 would catch up and be right on its ass around the turns, at the finish it was only about a half second behind the porsche, go figure its a porsche and has almost double the hp, was a good race, then after that they run another race including the porsche, skyline and a couple others, BUT the r34 this time around is tuned by Nismo, suspension, sway bars, exhaust, tires and some other things but it ended up having double the hp as compared to stock format and i come on if a STOCK r34 kept up with the porsche and barely lost wouldnt you think a MODDED r34 could easily beat it? i mean its only logic, right? same drivers and everything, its a no brainer the r34 is going to win, plus not to mention the tires were all worn out on the porsche and the r34 had some new low profile super grip ones put on. but yeah they race, skyline comes off the line incredibly frickin slow and the porsches takes a lead on it and then around the track everything is still the damn same, r34 is faster on corners and porsche takes it on the straight, talk about totally f'ing bull****, that is 100% proof there vids favor the highlighted car and the highlighted car ALWAYS wins and if you would watch best motoring then you would know that, SO YEAH.

 basing all that on one vid, and yes i seen both of the vid you were talking about. First Off you tell me to learn proper english and i have yet to see one period beside a LONG RUN ON SENTENCE in your post, so before you tell me to learn how to write  . Also the Nismo tuned R34 took off slow he wasnt trying his best at the start if he did no doubt at all that it would roast the 911. Not only that but if you have watched as many as you have said you would know that the Best Motoring Honda S2000 DVD which is 700MB around 1 hour and at the first half of the video is review of the S2000. After they review it, here comes the race. The S2000 is the highlight of the battle yet it came in last place.. hm, lets see and you said "that is 100% proof there vids favor the highlighted car and the highlighted car ALWAYS wins " so thats not true watch some more vids before you jump to conclusions. There is also a video Highlighting on both Evo and STi yet the R34 beat both of it.. hm. what does that mean. Also there are alot more so yeah it dont favor the highlight car and i would suggest u learn more before running ur mouth. I was not trying to be mean at all, just saying that the GT-R launched as good as he can when u said the driver a PROFESSIOAL race car driver cant launch the GT-R and yet ran around 12.9 thats why i get kinda piss because the fastest i seen a GT-R run is 12.777 and that is with extremely high winds. I never try to be mean or rude so yeah if you took my words as harsh then im sorry but i have enough best motoring videos to PROVE that the highlight car never always win.

Thank You.
