That csl is damn funky, and I've always been a fan of the BMW M1... There was speculation that it would be included (I'll be lynched for this, I can tell...) a while back following a test session that PD did to record car sounds etc. A picture showed a "wedge" that people were struggling to identify...
Can't remember what it was decided to be...

oh well... but yeah, great additions (except the 80's M3, by then racing cars had lost a lot of originality, so the BM would race much like the Merc 190... *yawn*)

I'm sure they will, come on, right now BMW and PD are working closer together, especially from the screw up from GT3. The evidence of their unification are the Concept M5, 120i, and 120id (these cars are haven't or barely in production yet).

So the possibility of these cars of showing in GT4: 80% :)

The E30 M3 is still my favorite car ever. And I think chances are pretty high, because it really is a classic among race cars and touring cars.

The last race-bred BMW that only got on the streets for homologation purposes.

Yeah, the E30 m3 would be awesome to have in GT4. especially the EvoIII Sportevolution or what it was called that had the 2.5 4cyl engine. I'm not a huge BMW fan but that car is impossible to resist liking.

As seen as your avatar there. :)

For some strange reason, I really like the look of the Csl, it does look funky but it'd look cool driving around nurburgring:)

i did drive round the n ring in its day it also won 6 european touring car chapionships.
here is some more pics

IT did YOU did't lol. It beat Porsches, Ferrari's and Cheverolet's.

Whenever I look at the CSL, I always think of it as some hideous riced out BMW  It's a great car no doubt, but I just can't help but laugh when I look at it!

More M Power in GT4 = 👍

I really hope more M road cars will be in the game as well. Especially the new M3 CSL, the old CSL and the M Coupe.

Man oh Man that old CSL ROCKS....Check the "FATS" on the back in that last pic.

Ahhh yes...the old "batmobile" as they were also known as. Fantastic cars.

Remember this picture:

Photo-mode, cough, looks fake I know. Oh well.

Nice work thou. 👍

It is fake, if you get the full sized pic and zoom into the windows you see different scenery behind them. Then theres a few other bits that give it away around the edges of the car.

I couldn't care less about BMW but I hope the CSL will be in it, because that's the best one they ever made.

for your information there is a real screenshot of the following BMW cars, so we are pretty sure theyre in:

120i
120id
Concept M5
320i ETCC touring car
M3 GTR Race car
V12 LMR Race car
Mclaren F1 GTR

I'd love to see a BMW M1 in it

*imagines a field of pro cars*

I know its a fake, what do you think I am, stupid? I was just complementing whoever photochopped the pic. It fooled me at first, but after few seconds I totally realized that it was a fake. ;)

Not you, I was just clarifying for the less intelligent users here.

On the subject of old BMW Touring Cars, i'd like to see some of the cars that competed with them in GT4. Especially something like the Zakspeed Capri's and other cars of this type.

Thoes Capri's were ace and when they race in special series now they still can kick ass.

All I'll ask for is a BTCC Cavalier GSi (Preferably John Cleland 1991 model)

Now that would rule :D

The Ford Sierra R500 touring car.

<- :)

BTCC 94-96? I think, TWR Volvo 850 would suit me fine.
