Alright guys I would like to start our first championship, I'll come up with a come name for it later. This is what I've worked out so far. It's going to be a set of five (5) races on some of the most challenging tracks GT5 as to offer and they're not going to be quick five lap sprints. Get ready to buckle down for a good 25-45 lap race (depending on the track).
Now here are the tracks I had in mind, in no particular order:
SPA-Francorchamps (don't have a map for spa)
Has for the car I want to keep it competitive so we're going to use the BMW M3 GTR Race Car without power adders. So no ECUs, engine tuning, intakes, exhaust, ect. Since you buy the car used I'm going to have to take a survey and see where everyone HP lands after a rebuild so we can set our limiters if needed.
Prizes have yet to be decided and obviously clean driving will be enforced.
I'm thinking about running this on Sunday afternoons CST.

Sunday is great for me here in South Africa as it will be morning
25 and plus laps is quite steep, but i'm game if the rest are. Will be checking this thread for updates on dates for these races. Looking forward to it!
Official start and qualifying times are still open for debate. Right now I'm getting names and trying to see who actually wants to take part in a championship like this but we're not going to start for a little while as I still have a lot of things to iron out and we need more names on the list.
25-45 laps isn't really that much, I'm setting up each of the five races to last about an hour. I consider it to be much more fun and challenging this way. I mean anyone can do a 5 lap sprint the public lounges are full of them but its only the true drivers that can hold that line for an extended amount of time. It should also make things much more competitive and give Lockon a chance to catch me.
As of right now I am thinking of running this bi-weekly so that the competitors have that Sunday between each race to practice or rest as needed.
I also need to know what you guys would like as prizes as those are still up in the air at the moment.
