I will have to disagree with you there bud...i paid 4,500,000 for the Playstation C60 Judd race-Car and it is the best car in my garage, and yes i do own the Audi r8, bentley speed 8 , GT one etc.....but none of them even come close to the Judd in my eyes. Buy the playstation car if your gonna buy any, you won't be dissapionted..

I felt the BMW V12 was best (easy to control, fast, provided a good feel, needed minor adjustments for fastest lap times) than the other LM/GTP cars...until I got the Pecarolo "Judd" (previously had Courage for a while) last night. I still "prefer" the BMW best, but can't deny the "Judd". As far as the R8, it feels kinda "bulky" to me. GT-One kinda lost it's "stick" to me, compared to GT3. This coming from the guy with the fastest "GT-Mode" times @ Apricot Hill and Grand Valley...at least for now anyway. :)

Why do you think the "Judd" is best?

The BMW V12 LMR- 1999 Le Mans outright winner.
The 2004 Pescarolo C60- perhaps the biggest privateer at the Le Mans race.

I have the Pescarolo Courage after selling all the rally cars I won in the Special Condition races, then selling the Ford GT40 Race Car after winning the Laguna Seca endurance (700K Cr.). You win buy or win the Audi R8. To be honest, the Audi R8 is more powerful, but the Pescarolo Courage handles better. I compared the two in Arcade Mode at Special Stage Route 5 Normal. With my driving style, it handled pretty well around those city streets. I have yet to get the less-powerful 2003 Pescarolo, but I'd get them if I were you. You get accustomed to some of the bigtime sportscar race cars in the Super License Tests, not to mention IA-16's awesome Nissan R92CP. To know how a car peforms without the driver aids and any big upgrades, try those Super License tests which feature these machines.

Having said this, I'm thinking about running the other 24 Hours of Le Mans (without chicanes) to unlock and win the Bentley GTP. Other bigtime cars you don't test with in a Super License test include (but not limited to) the Peugeot 905, Toyota 7, Nissan R89??, Toyota GT-One, BMW V12 LMR, and the Chapparal 2J. So go re-run these races and get acquainted with each car's capabilities. With tuning and skill, some of the cars you used in GT World Championship will be of big help to the GT All-Stars, Real Circuit Tours, and if you car is THAT good, the Formula GT championship.

I think the Judd is the best for me,maybe not every one will agree but to me it feels more stable at high speeds than the other LM cars and the gear change is awesome, you lose no revs whatsoever when changing gear. Also for some reason when at high speeds in the minolta it seems to want to skip out all the time.Does anyone else get this or have i got it set up wrong? Don't get me wrong though i love the minolta and the other LM cars, i think the vast variety of LM cars are what will keep me on the game for a long time to come..

ya see that's the bleedin problem! , i have done all of the races in begginer and proffesional hall twice and it wont let me in to the GTWC , as well i have done all the championships as well as single races. :grumpy:

p.s on my previous post i have got all golds in every race in begginner hall and professional hall. i have heard too much about bugs with this game , 6 of my friends have got bugged games were no matter what they do they can not get into the GTWC and on to the extreme hall

The MClaren F1 was a big letdown...low 900's in HP. I used the Xport for 10trillion credits and all golds in the liscense. Makes the game more fun imo.

You know six players who are having the same problem???

Okay, people, what do you think about this? Is this possible? It really sounds unlikely, but could there be a bad batch of disks or something?

Like I said: We've seen complaints/reports about this in the past, and we always write it off to a missing gold somewhere.

Could there, in fact, be a bug at work here?

Where's the fun in cheating? You have no incentive to complete the races.

"B-Spec Spamming The DTM"

Do you know about the DTM trick to pile up big bucks in a hurry?

About the DTM B-spec, I keep having the same problem. My driver sucks! I use the Mercedes 190 touring car and I put on it a stage 4 turbo, + all the settings. Now when my driver does the races, I HAVE to qualify him first before starting the race. If not, he might not win. (he rarely pulls up from 6th position) When I do the same race in A-spec, I get a 30 sec. lead, or something like that, meaning that the car is not the problem. Anyone can help me with my B-spec driver? Qualifying before each race really slows down the process. My driver has only 1000 pts, so is there any easy way to get him better, without having to do the Sunday/Clubman, etc. Cup?

Also, does the B-spec driver drive better with or without assists? Anyone noticed? Thanks a lot.

I'm not sure that the 190 is the best for the DTM, even if tuned. I remember having troubles with my spec driver with it.
I then decided to buy an Audi TT (550 000 credits if I remember), and added a stage turbo (around 730HP). Now I don't have any problem, my b spec driver is at ease with it. If you have the money, try it.I keep the pace on 5 on Paris opera because it's hard to overtake on this track. Pace on 3 for the others. Nevertheless, 1000pts is maybe not enough for that type of competition. Try races like Turbo cup or NA cup to add points to you b spec driver.

Hope it helps,

Actually we can't say there is a best out of the LMP LM-GT1 cars. All cars have a different feel and drivers have a different style 👍

I prefer the GT-one because:

It brakes better then the V12 LMR to me.
It feels better when cornering
I can go faster into a corner
etc.

Every car suits different drivers 👍

Cheers,

Yep. The 190 is the problem here.

My son's B-Spec driver had only 1100 points when he first tried the DTM scam with the Opel Astra Touring Car. He got a second on Opera the first time he ran it, but has never lost another race since then.

Use the Astra as I posted (using the proceeds from the Special Condition stunt to buy it), and the exploit is pretty much fool-proof.

the clk-dtm is a very good option aswell. it handles like a dream and its quite quick on the straights too
