Well, just out of curiosity I stuck some RS tyres on the STOCK Z4 GT3 and went to the 'Ring GP/F (A track I really don't know that well - I think in GT6 so far I've only done the M4 seasonal there, and that's it) ABS-1, all other aids off, grip-real.
Like I say, it was stock so I was never going to get the low 1:50's/high 1:40's! I just wanted to check the handling difference between RH and RS.
And,
Handles better than on on RH (Predictably enough). The only conditions for oversteer were either hitting too much curb, or standing on the throttle at totally inappropriate moments, I didn't try to push at 120% or anything - but it felt like understeer was a bigger problem to be honest.
Anyhow, did 6 laps, and just for the sake of transparency,
L1- 2:00.8xx
L2- Spin (turn 1, took way to much curb)
L3- 2:00.6xx
L4- 2:00.2xx
L5- Spin (Dunlop Curver - nailed the accelerator as soon as It had settled on turn in just to see, even if the tail had have stuck, I'd have understeered off before the exit!)
L6- 1:59.8xx
I wonder if in search of "Cheating the system as much as he can" the OP just has a bad set-up or the wrong modifications.

Also, just didone two laps at Brands GP and was 2.883 seconds faster than my 'best of 5 laps time on RHs', thanks to RS tyres.
The Z4 is sooo much more stable under braking with RS's
