Hello all. I've been browsing around here for a while now, not posting much. Pretty awesome forum you guys have going. Anyway, I thought I'd post a few pictures of my own.

AUDI RS6

AUDI S4

BMW 330i

BMW M5

More to come soon.

Here are a few more.

Jaguar S-Type R

Lexus GS300 (1st gen)

Lexus GS300 (2nd gen)

Mercedes-Benz E55 AMG

Volvo S60 T5

Thanks for looking! Tell me what you think.

liking the s type and the gs300 pics. im not the biggest merc fan alive but i love those pics. i piece of advice, take off the black bars under the photos. do that by clicking on the link that says "dont like the black bar? remove it from now on" when uploading you pic

PS- Check out my gallery if you have the time

Here's my first update with the T350c at Infineon.

Lotus Esprit and Aston Martin DB9 for good measure :)

Next time I think I'll go a little more abstract, but these are a bunch I wanted to share. Tell me what you think!

Thanks for the comments BTW. I ditched those black bars as per your advice. They do look much cleaner without them. I was looking at your gallery. I like your work!

Nice start, i like the T350 group the best.
Thanks! Those are my newest pics. All the other ones (aside from the first gen GS300) are pictures from when I first got GT4 back in April, or whenever it had come out. I just got back into the game after playing Forza for a while, and then taking a break from video games altogether over summer. Photomode is fun though, so there will be more to come!

i dont like the a160 avantgarde but the pictures are cool. the last one is my favorite of the group. the kompressor pics are great. you picked a good track for that car. my favorite of that would be the 3rd big one, it has a great angle. And the sl600 pics are my favorite of all. That is probably my favorite merc of all. my favorite is the first pic. great work on these pics.

Thanks pain! The A160 is just a ridiculous looking car, so I used it to be different.

I end up disappointed with how these pictures turn out every time. They seem to lose all their quality when put on Imageshack. Any hints regarding that?

Thanks Cuda! I updated my first post with a picture to make my gallery all fancy like you guys. Hopefully all your minds are blown by its awesome.

my mind is blown completly away! lol it looks better though. i would make the pics a little smaller to around 900 pixels wide. then you dont have to click on the pic to make it look better

Cool work. Everything out of the ordinary is welcome :dunce: . Love the last one 👍

Check out my last update, I’ve made some experimentation as well

I have to agree, the last update is really cool. There are beautiful pics in your earlier updates too, but more editing gives the more unusual and outstanding pics. I love it, go on with that. 👍 👍 👍

Prost!

Thanks to all of you who commented! This is definitely going to be my new route. The final result is more rewarding when you put a lot of time into a picture. I've come to see not only my gallery, but mainly everyone elses' galleries as works of art. Maybe some really odd digital form of art that no one but the people of this board would recognize...but I still find it cool.

Haven't checked in here for a while, but I had been messing with GT4 lately and decided to put some of my recent pictures online.

Yes, I know I'm not supposed to do them this way, but I couldn't figure out how to get that ugly black bar off the thumbnails, so I just posted larger versions. Anyways, what do you all think?

Pretty nice photos 👍. I have some advice, do not take it personal. You have to brighten up your pictures a bit. Don't always center the car, leave bits out and you'll discover awesome photos. You should also clean some edges up on the cars, they'll look much better. Now if you're wondering how in the hell you do that, the answer is Adobe Photoshop. If you do not have it, get it. It retails for around $150, but you can simply get a trial version or download a cracked version on a Music/File Downloading Program (Limewire). There real good Photoshop Tutorials found stickied in the Photo and Video Gallery Section. Now if you are thinking I'm treating you as a noob, I'm not. I don't know what "skill" level you are at with Photoshop or GT4. Simply trying to help 👍. If you have some free time drop by my gallery and leave a comment :D.

Thanks for the advice. I used photoshop for all of these pictures. I was going for a very straight forward look, or, as I said, "magazine style" for these pictures after watching Top Gear one night. I was influenced by their cinematography, which is to say very contrasting colorful images with clear highlights on the cars, and not much else. I took banners, posts, and other distracting objects out of the pictures so as to add to this element. I do realize I may have taken it over the top with the darkness, but I tried from the beginning to lighten these images up, and it leads to nothing more insanely bright headlights, white blob skies, darker areas becoming a nasty gray...etc. Plus my monitor simply sucks ass, and I have the brightness up all the way in order for certain things to show up right, so that may explain the darkness. I'll take everything you said into account next time around.
