boot an .iso in MS-DOS?

Im trying to install a new OS on this cd\dvd rom-less laptop I bought from a storage auction. its password protected and has a ****ty OS to begin with, so I want to start with a fresh XP pro install.

question is, how can I boot the iso in dos?
 
You can't. Since it's old I assume you can't boot from a Flashdisk/External Drive either. So you're pretty much out of luck. The best (and only real, that I can think of) option would be to take out the harddrive and install an OS on it from another computer.
