OH HELL YEAH there was a thread earlier called "are drift videos getting boring"and I replyed "yes but it would be cool to see some team drifting" and that vidoe was just what I was talking about .That was great ,good job.:) :) :) :)
 
WOW!!! Thanx everyone for the replies. I didnt expect this many commments from you guys. Hopefully in the future...my brother and I will have another video...maybe in GT4. hehe...
 
Yup that was fantastic, the best twin drifting I have seen in gt3. Good job guys. I know how much effort it takes to twin drift since I have done it with my cousins, but only with 4wd cars and not as tight as yours, so I am truly impressed. It's nice to see increasing skill in twin drifting since there hasn't really been anything new in regular drifting for a while. Hopefully you will inspire a new generation to drift and maybe even inspire older drifters that have lost intrest.
 
Damn what kind of Codec do i need to view it, i saw the 5 second of the beginning then after that, the picture pause and the music runs only, no drifting being seen? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
 
wow... that's pretty awesome feedback... and we're getting positive feed back from some of the major drifters... wow... funny how the ppl that inspired us to drift and make our vids give us props now.. its pretty awesome... hopefully i can get home so we can produce another drift vid... for your entertainment of course...

After watching Cudaman's video, we got into drifting in GT3. We didnt really start drifting together until the summer of 03 when we didnt have school. We werent really serious about it, but after looking back at the replays, we thought we could actually compile a little video of twin drifting. Also Night Drifter and Akina 86 inspired us to make a video after seeing their video. So we have been drifting for about half a year or so individually and one to two months together.
 
Hey its always good to see someting new and improve very good, im looking forward for more Twin Drifting videos and i might make some more, but damn takes forever though ahahahaha my patience always run out all the time hahaha, well drift on people.
 
CRAZINESS!!!!!!! you guys get mad props for the vid! 'cept it gets kinda dark in some portions of the clip. The brightness correction doesn't help either. All I'm trying to say, is you guys should start a twin drifting club because I'm sure more people will be motivated by this.
 
WOW. I'm so jealous, I wish I had someone to twin drift with lol. Although you guys are "madd crazy tizzite y0", I really had wished you guys used a different song, I'm sorry, but that song is so overplayed in do-rift-o videos that it sort of took away the coolness factor. I'm not complaining though, I think? I just turned down the volume ^_^. I also recompressed the video and cropped it, because I think this video deserves to be set in stone, to be shared with the whole nation. I applaud you two.

I can't imagine the kind of setup you guys have in your room, I really hope there is an iLink and two PS2s involved, because if you guys did this all in split screen, :eek: is all I can say.
 
thnx for the feed back... as much as we'd like to have 2 ps2's we did these videos in split screen... as for the song selection... at the time we made the video... no one had this song out... we had this video done about october-november 2003... sorry to hear u didn't like the song but hey... we'll try to do better on the song selection next time... hopefully there will be enough time to make a next vid...

what do u mean by distortion? because we have a 121 mb clip a different opening just the letters... but its a hell of a lot better quality... we figured since it was our first video and no one knows us we opted for the lower quality that was a lot smaller in size so more ppl would dl it... and 121mb would take forever for the 56k ppl...
 
Would you mind posting your settings for that RX-7? That drift in Deep Forest was amazing...

The settings are the same as Cudaman's Rx-7. Ive experimented with drift settings and I felt that low spring rate, low bound and rebound are the best...for me at least. I tried to tune the car's suspension, gears, and LSD (on sims) so that I can fully gas the car and not peel out in second gear. Also since I dont have a wheel and dont take advantage of the pressure sensitivity (I think it requires too much work), I try to set it so that I can just hold the gas in a turn without worrying about spinning out. That is also my basic setting for all of my drift cars. So far...Ive only gotten the FD3S to do that and still working on others. I think it is best if you mess around with each settings one by one so that it will fit ur style. If your still interested in my drift settings, just ask. But for the drift on Deep Forest II, I used Cudaman's settings.
