Does it go up if someone uses your driver throught the share driver option? What about if you use him in your own remote races? In someone elses remote races?

No, all my B-Spec drivers have done about 550 races, (Mostly from Remote Racing), and their career bars are only about 20% full. So, no. Only from B-Spec races.

Did you "receive prizes" get the credits that they won from the races?

Yes, of course. ;)

When you get those credits the b-spec go up, my did.

He's talking about the career, not the B-Spec level, and the class.

I'm confussed. He said if the b-spec career bar went up I thought he meant the b-spec level not on the drivers but the blue bar on top.

The experience bar (white bar) only goes up from races done in b-spec career mode. It won't go up at all from remote racing unfortunately.

Carreer bar does not go up with remote racing, To get the best you need to coach your driver in B-Spec races.

There are two bars for your b-spec Bob. Career and experience.

Career only builds during races done through the b-spec menu in GT Life. (It rises by around 0.2% each race). This is what needs to max up to get the 'Air of Experience' trophy. When you do max him out, his experience quickly drops.

Experience is your b-spec Bob's 'race craft'. It rises in both b-spec and remote races. The more races you do, the more experience he gets.

Dont get experience confused with xp. xp is what YOU get, from having your bob's take part in races.

The easiest way to fill the bar is to do the first race in the Sunday cup whilst using a X1 if you have one obviously. Takes me around 2:34 normally, it's probably quicker now with the new X2011

Yes for all.

No, for all. B-Spec level and attributes go up doing anything. The B-Spec Career/Experience bar only goes up for unshared drivers when an offline race occurs in your game - but it goes up for all unshared drivers when an offline race occurs in your game. Merely having them set to online prevents them from getting this experience.

It doesn't help that the bar has different names in PAL and NTSC-UC...

Edit: NTSC-UC, "Experience":

I got it now. I never knew it was a different word.

Not really. It's called "career" because it's a measure of his career experience, and the career is the offline part of the game.

That's how it works. That's how it's worked since day one. And an individual Bob doesn't even have to race to gain career experience - he just has to be in your team and ready to race and he'll gain 1 race's experience for every B-Spec race you do whether you use him or not.

As a side note, the arrows (blue up, green right, orange down) don't change from online racing, either.

I don't really know what sort of effect they have on the driver, though.
